This very nicely furnished little hotel in the historic town of Biar has recently hired a new chef. The new chef is responsible for attractive presentations as well as excellent quality meals. The rooms are roomy and well equipped, the large bathtubs a delight. Many common areas give visitors choice of where to sit and chat, indoors or in the...

Situated in the picturesque little town of Biar, this hotel provides a good base for exploring the town and surrounding area. The hotel itself is well kept and presented, with all the facilities you would expect from an establishment of this type in this situation. The facade is very traditional, but the inside is modern and functional. The pool is...

We had lunch and dinner here with a great varied menu and the service was impeccable. The hotel looked very nice too, clean and modern and all the staff went out of their way to help you. Wonderful little hotel in a quiet, interesting town with lots of history. Lovely pool and garden area. Staff are very friendly and are keen to use their English! Gym facilities. Interesting little Spanish bars nearby provide a resting spit after a walk around town, to the castle or the beautiful sanctuary.

We booked a couple of nights away hoping for a relaxed break accompanied by good food and a little pampering - we were not disappointed. The service we received from everyone at the hotel was first rate and particularly the friendliness shown from both Marie-Carmen and Marie-Luz was much appreciated, they were really helpful and could not do more to...

Imagine it . . . as you arrive at this typical Spanish hotel you have the welcoming smile of Marie Carmen to immediately make you feel you 'belong' here. The hotel is well laid out with plenty of areas for relaxing and having a leisurely drink or just to chat. The courtyard that leads to the gardens is also an...

Stayed here as the base for a week's walking in the area. The hotel was a delight with clean, spacious and comfortable rooms and delightful communal areas, particularly the comfy armchairs on the outside terrace. Food was plentiful and varied, and drinks very reasonabaly priced for a 4* hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. This was an ideal base...

We stayed for 1 week full board, a good base for inland touring A very attractive town and close to several others, the pool was looking good but too cold for us to swim. Was not attracted too much to the food but would be prepared to give it all another try on a B& B basis The hotel have...
