3rd day of our camino walk, so tired and looking forward to enjoyable evening. Food very poor, processed and heated in microwave. Not very interested when brought to staffs attention. bar closed at eleven and had to finish drink outside, pity.

This hotel is on the Camino so well positioned for a weary pilgrim. But there is little else in its favour. the bedrooms were small and not well insulated so that you could hear everything as if it was in your room. The Pilgrims dinner was awful. The breakfast as if in some cheap hostel. The water in our bedroom... More

The hotel was fairly comfortable and clean. From the outside, it looks very nice. Inside décor is very basic. Breakfast was basic continental. I am not sure of the price paid as this was part of a package, but the rates on the day on TA were €50 per room, which is pretty reasonable.

This is a nice place to stay on the Camino. I had a very spacious, comfortable room in the chalet type accomodation. The place is very clean and great value for money. The staff were very pleasant too. The only big negative was that my evening meal was awful. I would recommend staying here but eating elsewhere.

We stayed here for one night on the Camino. Our first impressions were very good. A series of cabins with lots of greenery around and a terrace which allowed us to sit in the sun relaxing after our day's walking. However the walls are very thin so it is possible to hear the people talking next door. Also it was... More

The accomodation consists of chalets & there were 4 male adults sharing 2 rooms. The walls between rooms are paper thin & my friend sleeping in next room could hear everything on either side of his room (including snoring!) He spent over 2 hours lying on 2 chairs in the hall trying to get some sleep! The restaurant is like... More

We stopped here for one night as part of walking the Camino. Our room was comfortable, although the bed was harder than I like. There was internet wifi but it worked best in the bar. The cafeteria is open all day and serves an extensive menu, and there is also a restaurant for dinner. The grounds are beautiful. We sat... More

So this is day 2 on the Camino from sarria to Santiago. This hotel is a charmer located right on the Camino. Pros: Rooms are clean Beds are very comfortable if you like soft beds Rooms are good sized The hotel is on the Camino BEFORE the town. This is a hard stage with lots of uphill walks. It feels... This is a good set up with a mix of lodges and rooms in log cabins with a large restaurant and bar area, we stopped here while doing the Camino and it was good given that the day was wet it suited us to stop on this side of the town and not bother with the extra mile walk into... More

The cabins are quite big, the food is really good, the shower is big, however as others have said, the walls are very thin (can hear people snoring through the walls) and the shower head kept falling off. But the beauty of the setting, and the overall comfort makes this place well worth it for Pilgrims.
