This was a stunning B&B. Damian was a lovely hostess. We stayed in the Victorian Room, which was more than the photos showed. Super comfortable, both temperature and comfort. I would stay again in a moment. You are around the corner from great entertainment and dining. Parking is on the street, but that's Frederick.

I just called today ask about the property and speak to owner Damian the owner about last year's visit and she told me she would only talk to me if I was going to make a reservation. What type of business owner does this place have? I will try a more friendly place to stay and never spend my money...

We totally enjoyed our stay. You couldn't be in a better location from which to enjoy the many fine restaurants of old Frederick. Parking is on the street. Just bring quarters to get you to 4 then don't worry about it if you leave before 10 the next morning. Our room was very clean, comfortable and yes, we loved all the...

We got the chance to spend one night here at the B&B. Hard to believe, but I've never stayed in a B&B before. So, I can't compare it to previous places. However, I can say that I enjoyed our stay. Location is great in Frederick and the home is quite quaint and inviting. Damian was wonderful and took great care...

If you are headed to Frederick for the restaurants and bars, you cannot get any closer than this. The location is perfect! Inside is a bit cluttered, like many B&Bs, with eclectic objects and pictures from all over the world. We were told breakfast would be served promptly at 8:30 am. The owner sat upright at the head of the...

A friend and I were looking for a unique experience and thought we would try a B&B instead of a sterile hotel. Damien was a delightful hostess who made several suggestions about things to do and see that were all within walking distance. The rooms were quaint and lovely. The room with two twin beds had a huge bathroom. This...

The good things about this place were that is clean and close to downtown Frederick. Other than that it was not good. The hostess, Damian, really needs to improve her people skills. She was not very welcoming but the her worst behavior came at breakfast. She sat at the head of the table staring at her guests and barking orders...

I don't write reviews but I had to do this one. This b&b has a great location to Old Yown Frederick, but that's it. The room was so small I had to move the bed to close the door. The heat was so loud we couldn't sleep, and that was the best part. It's like staying in your grandmothers house,...

I'd like to just cut-and-paste the review by HappyDCCouple "Meh. At least it's close to Volt." Their review is spot-on and my partner and I had the exact same comments, concerns and experiences from interactions with Damian, who seemed inconvenienced by our presence, her husband whom was very pleasant, to the framed family photos in our room. My partner made...
