I've been going here for 8 years. The best is the staff, very cordial and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, specially the ones that have kitchens. Breakfast is standard, nothing spectacular, and it's fairly close to the center of the city, can walk to the ancient wall.

We stopped here one night on a side trip off the Camino de Santiago. The hotel is well located an easy walk from the bus station and to walk the walls around the old city. This is a a functional, clean, basic place to sleep...our room had a little kitchen which was a nice bonus.

I take a group in June every year for the last seven years. It's confortable, the staff is very nice, for me a home away from home. It does not have air conditioning so pick a room in a high floor. But nights in Lugo are cool even in the summer.

We arrived from A-6 at km 493's LU530 which directs you into Lugo's eastern side where this hotel is located. You have a choice to go up the narrow alley, Carril das Hortas, or take the next larger street up and around to the entrance. Both end up at a higher level street. I stopped in front of the garage... Ideally located, outside the city walls so we could park in the underground car park, and only a block from one of the gates into the old town. Our two bed apartment, King and a single, also had a single set up in a nook in the lounge room and was clean and comfortable. With a good size kitchenette, 2... More

The accommodation consisted of a kitchenette, lounge, bathroom and bedroom. They were all basic, clean and tidy. The room was serviced daily. The only slight issue, for me, was the shower which was small. If you dropped anything you couldn't pick it up. There is a handy cafe where the buffet breakfast is available. The cafe also serves snacks and... More

This is basically an apartment with a receptionist. The room is cleaned daily and you have a significant amount of space. The hotel is a 5 minute walk up hill to the walls of the city, so is very convenient. The people were friendly. The place was clean and there was free wifi. The area is close to council estates... The hotel is very close to the old town and walls. It is a comfortable hotel but the kitchen facilities are not as good as you would expect in an aparthotel room. Breakfast is fairly standard fare. The staff were very good and helpful.

A really great hotel in walking distance of all the attractions of Lugo. The staff at the front desk was extremely friendly. Very nice room at an excellent rate. Parking right downstairs, no problem at all with parking. Wifi worked fine.
