We had originally planned for a 3 hour ride for my family. All of us were various stages of novice riders except for my daughter who has been riding for a couple years. We were well placed with horses, I think. Our ride ended up being 2 hrs and 20 minutes, I guess because some family members started questioning if...

I have just been for my fourth visit to Caballo Blanco, so now know that their standards are consistently high. The atmosphere is relaxed and happy, unusually so for a riding stables. I have ridden with 4 different guides, and they have all been excellent. Including the young women who are there for short term work experience. The horses are...

My family and I visited Caballo Blanco last April. I am a novice rider and was given a beautiful Andalusian-Breton horse called Molly to ride. We rode through wild lavender, rosemary, thyme, sage and fennel, and past almond, walnut and cherry trees. All this plus the wonderful vista as we climbed into the Sierra Nevada. It was a very memorable...

A fantastic way to enjoy the Andalucian flora and fauna. Lovely horses chosen to match your riding experience. The horses are clearly well looked after and enjoy the mountain rides. Our guide, Emma, had the right balance between providing advice and information and letting us get on and enjoy the riding. We did a two day ride, staying overnight at...

i went on a 2 day trip from Lanjaron to somewhere up the Alpujjara mountains...it was a long ride up but completely worth the views the adventure and the thrill...Becky was our guide and she was absolutely amazing... the ride is sort of modified for walk, trot or canter based on the experience each rider has - the horses are...

I went on a 4-day riding vacation with my husband and found Caballo Blanco to be a perfect fit for what we were looking for - beautiful, responsive horses trekking through gorgeous scenery with capable and lovely guides. First of all, Sarah is wonderfully flexible and she was able to find me childcare for my 4 year old (at an...

This ranch has a magical feel. I only stayed for 5 days on a working holiday but was made to feel welcome and at home from the moment I arrived and could have stayed a lot longer! The accommodation is basic, I stayed in the cassita, a small room with two beds but it was more than comfortable, to be...

I booked a working holiday for three weeks, end up staying 5 weeks, spend a week in London and flew back for another three weeks. I ended up beiing a volunteer which was really nice too. I had such an amazing time here. It was hard work but a lot of fun and riding in between. Lots of fun during...

This review is long overdue. We had an amazing time on our half day trek with Caballo Blanco. Jane is a great guide that was very accommodating to my boyfriend and I who were first time riders. They tailored the length of the trek to our needs and schedule, which for us was 3 hours. The trek was fun and...
