You know that five star service you expect from the Ritz? The staff calling you by name, anticipating your needs, and making your stay so enjoyable? This property offers none of that. Valet is a disaster. Everything else was very average. I'd recommend the JW in Buckhead if you want that special attention.

Dear Mike, I apologize that your visit was a disappointment. I agree that Sunday's valet service proved to be a challenge as most guests left at about the same time frame which resulted in some delays. Regards,

I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and this one just did not live up to the rating. When I checked in I asked about the room. I wanted to know which rooms had been most recently remodeled. I was told that the hotel is actually going to be remodeled next year and I should keep in mind that...

Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry that the guest room product - in particular the bathroom - did not meet your expectations. Although we are offcially rated a Five Diamond, Four Star hotel - there are still many luxury hotels that have a shower curtain versus a shower door in place. Kind regards,

This hotel was decent and clean. It was average. The king room was average and the bathroom was small the tub and shower weren't separate. For 5 stars the bathroom should be the best area. The concierge really had no idea what walking distance meant. I later found out most people don't walk in that area (lots of sketch looking...

Thank you very much for taking the time to post your review. Please accept my sincere apologies that we did not offer better advise and/or directions to you. Your statement about the parking lot across the street from the hotel is incorrect: we neither own nor operate that facility.

I am very loyal to Marriott brand as platinum member and decided to give it a try at the RC. Make no mistake, best personal service you can receive this days and bench mafk. It can not be compared to marriott even hotels label as 7-8. The room was big enough, plenty of water delivered daily and finally a decent...

I stayed here for a weekend in May, while visiting friends in the area. The entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Service was on point, personal and attentive, without being intrusive. Stayed on Club level - it was nice, and cozy. Room was well appointed and in great shape (considering the hotel itself is over 20 years old)....

We stayed over the Memorial Day weekend at the Ritz Carlton in ATL. This was our second stay at this property. We booked at the Club Level as we had such a great experience before. The service at this location is awesome, from the valet to the front desk, everyone makes you feel special. The lobby had candy and some...

My family and I visited Atlanta during the last week of May, and as I was searching for hotels, I discovered that the Ritz-Carlton's prices were not any different from other hotels in the area. Because we have never stayed with Ritz-Carlton before, we decided to book a room. The service at the hotel is stellar. Check-in was quick and...

I stayed at the Ritz for my 40th birthday weekend. I chose it due to the price, plus I was able to upgrade through my Ritz credit card, for no extra fee (you can do so 3 times a year based on availability). Erin took really good care of us in Club. She also works Guest Relations, so she certainly...

While in Atlanta for a convention we had the opportunity to stay at the Ritz Carlton in downtown Atlanta. As with every Ritz I've stayed at the service and professionalism is outstanding. The hotel is small and in my opinion, primarily geared to the business traveler. The lobby is small but classy. There is an elegant bar on the lobby...

Pretty good city center hotel, but kind of small and lack of some facilities/services you'd expect from RitzCarlton. Nevertheless, it is very conveniently located to explore all the popular sites in Atlanta.
