Had a conference over at Marriot marquis. Stayed at best western to save $. BW Is 7 minute walk to Marriott and to peachtree Marta. Only 5 minutes to civic center marta. And I am NOT speedy on my feet. The staff here is one of best I've worked with and didn't matter who was behind the desk. The breakfast...

Thank you Eckman for taking the time to let us know about your stay. I have passed along your comments to my staff. We are working on a solution to our outdoor access and hope to get approval from the city in the near future to secure our courtyard. Hope to have you stay with us again in the future....

We only stayed for one night to attend a concert. If you're not using navigation, you'll pass by the hotel. We were able to find a parking spot in the underground garage, which really wasn't worth spending $15 for. The lobby was nice and modern, and the staff was awesome! They all were very friendly and helpful. We checked in...

Let me first say the lady at the counter Tatiana I believe was awesome, recommended a restaurant that was really good, and she was extremely friendly. Now for the hotel it self if your looking to stay in this area stay away from it,their is a Hyatt and Marriott near it that where we should of stayed. We had to park a...

I should have taken the reviews of this hotel serious, very disappointed, front desk staff at check- in not very inviting, we requested an early check in and called back twice to confirm and was told we were all set only to get there and had to wait four hours for a room ( beware of early check in request)...

Nipplz. Thank you for letting us know of your stay. I am very sorry that we did not live up to your expectation during this stay. I have spoken to my staff about over promising special request. Early check in is sometimes very difficult for us to accommodate since it is very dependent on the occupancy of the previous night,...

We spent a weekend at this hotel the last weekend in October. Hotel was CLEAN and the staff was very friendly. As most reviews have stated this is an older hotel, but they are renovating. The location is great and within walking distance of the aquarium, world of Coca Cola, CNN, and The Varsity! All at a reasonable price.

BGRIF3Fan, thank you for taking the time to let us know how we did. This hotel was built back in 1957. So it is a bit on the old side, but it has a lot of character and the internal courtyard is pretty cool to relax in. We are in the process of getting ready for a renovation. Fortunately, it...

My longtime boyfriend and I decided to take a weekend getaway vacation for our 7 year anniversary. We chose this hotel because of the location and price. I guess we should have paid more and went somewhere else. The staff was very friendly and nice. The hotel in the other hand was very run down. Also, they made us park...

Dorathy M. Unfortunately, being a downtown location, parking is at a premium. This was not an issue back in 1959 when this hotel originally opened. The area between the parking area and our hotel is well lit and there is a high police presence in this area due to all the tourist attractions in the area. With all of the...

As the title states there were issues in my rooms 215 & 217. Staff very friendly but the hotel lacked the quality that normally is expected at Best Western Suites. The price was great for the location. Breakfast was fair & no variety - eggs were watery, sausage 4 days in a row.

Robert L I am very sorry that the hotel did not meet your expectation. Breakfast is usually one of our strong amenities. Not only do we offer eggs, sausage and hash browns, but we also have pancakes and waffles as hot options. Mike Gratton General Manager

This is a disappointing hotel. Old, poorly maintained and not too clean, with a mildewy smell. Front desk folks were the highlight; very friendly and helpful, but the cleaning staff was slipshod, not leaving coffee packets or cups. We have stayed in a fair number of Best Westerns, and have generally enjoyed them, but this was an exception.

I am so sorry that the hotel did not meet your expectation. I have brought your concerns to the attention of my housekeeping staff so that they may improve. The original hotel was built in 1957. So it definitely has a lot of character. The hotel is schedule to get a makeover to modernize many of our areas in 2016....
