Staff is nice. Room is okay and clean. The rooms are loud. You can hear the showers from rooms around you. Our tap only has hot water. Furniture is up to date but carpet and bathroom could use a renovation. Solid location downtown.

Thank you for having stayed with us. We did have an issue with one of our mixing valves which affected the hotels hot and cold water. It has since been repaired. The hotel is undergoing some renovations to improve the dated look of many of our public areas. We are also making some other improvements to minimize the exterior noise....

We stayed at this hotel for two nights just a few days ago. The hotel/motel is located less than a half a mile from local attractions such as the World of Coca Cola, Center for Human and Civil Rights and the Georgia Aquarium. The breakfast selection was pretty good as well. The room was small but the décor was nice....

I like to think of myself as both a budget-minded traveler and a very understanding, laid-back customer. Many of my stays are in 2-star hotels, so I know exactly what to expect out of a property like this one. As a result, I’m a bit shocked to be going against the consensus here—but my experience at the Inn at the...

Missouri2Mexico, I am very sorry that the hotel did not deliver a great experience on your recent stay. We strive to make every guests love their stay with us. Your experience here was not acceptable and I am very embarrassed. While the hotel is dated and we are addressing many of the issues you mentioned, cleanliness is something we work...

We stayed in the Inn for two nights last week and were impressed with the value for the money. As noted by others, it is an easy walk to the Georgia Aquarium and the subway system. Natasha at the Front Desk couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We were also impressed with the hot breakfast and complimentary newspapers. The...

This was our second time using this hotel, the staff has always been great and willing to help. They have a great free breakfest with hot food and variety. The room and hotel needs updating and they are doing restorations. The price is good for the location, walking distance to everything they have parking on site for just 15.oo a...

If you are looking for a bargain price hotel in Atlanta this will fit the bill. The courtyard on the property was being worked on and did not look like picture. Rooms need to be updated in that the tub clearly needed repair and the chair in the room needed to be reupholstered. I was told the TV channels were...

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while visiting the Georgia Aquarium, perfect location, within walking distance. This is an older hotel, undergoing renovations, rooms are small with double beds, hard for 2 people to sleep comfortably. Our room was clean, had a small fridge, and coffee for the morning. The price was reasonable compared to other hotels nearby....

Ugh ugh ugh. Room is a dump. Front desk is useless (called to ask which channel is CBS, answer was "uh not sure..." with no offer to help). I was very dissatisfied with the appearance and upkeep of this property. The photos do not depict this as having exterior hotel doors and rusted, gappy closure. We stayed here and had a pretty bad experience. Our neighbors came in about 8:30 and their children were repeatedly slamming the door and running around outside until about 1:30am.
