Stayed two nights here, warm welcome from staff and manager, nothing too much trouble, comfortable room, clean and well kept. Ideal location, just a couple of blocks from Coca-Cola World, Centenary Park etc, also a short walk from bars and cafes.

The location is very good, but the quality is not comparable to the other hotels downtown such as the Hyatt or Marriott. It was supposed to be a Best Western hotel chain, but it was sold, and is to become a Choice hotel chain instead. Overall, good value for the money.

Thank you for staying with us. We have converted from a Best Western to an Ascend Hotel Collection Member which is part of the Choice family. The hotel is currently being renovated so that we may better serve our guest and where the amenities will be comparable to the other hotels in the downtown area. I hope you will have... More

We made the reservation when this was still a Best Western property, but was impressed that it met the BW standard with no problem, even in the midst of major renovations. The room we stayed in (145) had recently been renovated and was fantastic! From the firm mattress to the new shower, it was a pleasure to stay in, even... More

I'm used to staying at inexpensive, basic hotels, but I've never gone to one where the water wasn't on when I arrived. The water had been turned off to do a repair and still wasn't working when I came back several hours later. The showers needed reglazing and the rooms weren't the cleanest - if you look in the corners... More

I apologize for the water being off. It is unfortunately something we need to do periodically to accommodate the bathroom renovation. About a third of the hotel has received new tub surrounds and we hope to have all rooms done by the end of the year. The hotel is also introducing some high end finishes and amenities such as a... The staff were all so sweet that you just wanted to take them back home with you! Very friendly and helpful. The location is great - close to restaurants, the Aquarium, World of Coke, the convention center. All within walking distance. If you are visiting the zoo, they will call a checkered cab and the fare to/from is FREE. The... More

Linda, Thank you for taking the time to let us know of your recent stay. The rooms are actually in the process of being renovated and we just replaced all the mattresses. The soap dispensers on the wall are being fazed out as we are no longer a BW. The hotel is rebranding itself as part of the Ascend Collection.... More

There was a convention in town during my last minute business trip and Inn at the Peachtrees was literally the only hotel where I could find a room within a 15 mile radius to my office, outside of motels. I paid $200/night (with taxes) so figured it would be a decent hotel. The staff is extremely friendly, and I felt... More

Thank you for letting us know of your recent stay. Many of the concerns you mentioned are currently valid. But as you mentioned, being addressed by our renovation. All the bathrooms are getting a makeover and we are getting rid of the wall mounted dispensers. The hotel will still have exterior corridors leading to the courtyard area. But the courtyard... More

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for one night while we attended the Dale Chihuly Exhibit at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens. We've stayed at this hotel many times in the past when it was owned by Best Western. Sadly, it's no longer a BW hotel property which was noticeable. There seemed to be a good amount of renovations... The rooms here are nicely decorated and the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The bathroom was very small. Free WiFi. But the breakfast that comes with the room rate was awesome. We stayed here for 3 days due to its convinient location. The staff was great but the room was very small (for 3 people) and needed updating. The breakfasts were on par. The restaurant across the street is excellent! (Max Lagers)

Pretty good place for the money. It's going through renovations so maybe will check it out next time in Atlanta. Bathroom was very small. Great breakfast included, with eggs, bagels, cereals, waffles, etc.
