I spent four nights at the University Inn in February. I was especially pleased with the helpfulness of the staff. The hotel is adjacent to Emory and I had meetings at the University so the location was very convenient. My room was spacious and clean. For the price, it was a good bargain. The breakfast was cold, but with a...

I had one of the old rooms, which was spacious but is in need of a makeover. It was adequate. Breakfast was pretty simple. The breakfast area has tea and coffee available throughout the day and freshly baked cookies. The location is convenient to Emory.

My daughter and I just spent four nights at the University Inn which is right across the street from Emory Law School where she is a student. It was so convenient for her to go across the street to the law library to study for her finals and then back to the room to spend time with me. It turned...

Staff are excellent. Rooms large. Quiet rooms. Clean. We had an issue with toilet not flushing. Immediate attention to our issue by staff. We did have to eventually move to another room. Even though rooms are renovated, bath tubs in both rooms had peeling paint and some bubbling of paint on walls in bathrooms behind toilet. In our second room...

Thank you for your 4 star review. We certainly are pleased you enjoyed staff. As to the rooms, I believe I have identified which rooms you are referring to and we will address those issues. On a future stay, please ask for a room on our 2nd or 3rd floor if those issues has not yet been addressed.

Good location, especially if you are spending time at Emory hospital . However , it could use a facelift. Rooms are large, but the furniture needs replacing . Bathroom smelled like a locker room. Continental breakfast was adequate. Probably would not stay there again.

This is our second stay at UI and this time we had a kitchen! I hadn't paid much attention to room options when booking our return so pleasantly surprised! Publix is right down Decatur Rd. Spent lots of time out doors this trip -great neighborhood/campus. Now that we are better oriented with area we plan to walk to the appointment...

This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. QUIET (VERY important to me), convenient & easy to get to. Nice continental breakfast. VERY nice & helpful staff. Room was very clean & comfortable. Toiletries were good quality. The only thing I would suggest is adding a coffee/tea service, but other than that I would recommend this facility...

Brenda at the front desk was absolutely amazing. I needed a place to stay because my apartment was getting fumigated this week. I was even able to get an additional night even during the influx of evacuees. I had to switch rooms which turned out great because the second room was really nice. The hotel is across from Emory. Near...

Thank you for your very nice comments. We are so glad we could work out a room for you and we thank you for being willing to change rooms during your stay. We try really hard to not make a guest change rooms, but sometimes, as in your case, it can't be helped. We hope should you need accommodations again...

I was there for three days of rest and site seeing. The staff was so helpful, going out or their way to get directions and find transportation. Small hotel with nice continental breakfast, clean rooms with kitchen, in a safe neighborhood.

I was attending a conference at Fernbank Museum just up the road from here. Very close to Emory; neighborhood is mostly residential. The rooms are very large, but the bathrooms are a bit small, and the tub/showers appear to need some work (peeling, but not bad). My room had a micro and a fridge. WiFi is strong. Parking's free which...
