Sheer luck got me into the Virginia Bed and Breakfast after an undesirable hotel experience. Adele responded to my email right away. I saw the cottage and fell in love with it immediately. It was decorated in wonderful vintage everything! Felt like I was staying at my auntie's home. Adele was welcoming and helpful in restaurant recommendations. My only advice...

My family had planned on visiting Atlanta in mid-January to celebrate my nephew's 2nd birthday. With young kids, we were looking for a place to stay that had space given differing bed times and nap times. After searching extensively, we found the 2Br / 2Ba cottage that is a part of this B&B. I checked with family in town who...

Our stay was summer of '14 so you see I still have fond memories of our visit with Adele. Since we enjoy staying in B and B's,I usually read the reviews so decided to reiterate what has been noted. Adele pays attention to detail and has provided the special comforts making this charming bungalow a real find. As much as...

I felt I was visiting a family member as my husband and I arrived at Adele's B&B (circa 1930s). Her home is welcoming, there are many treasures and points of interest on the total property. It is nestled in an old Atlanta neighborhood great for walking, biking or hanging out on a porch swing. It was convenient, for my purposes,...

I recently returned after spending the last six months in Atlanta. My work often takes me to far flung locations around the country as film companies follow the state tax incentives. The highlight of my stay was The Getaway, a two bedroom apartment tucked away under a glorious canopy of trees in a very toney neighborhood. The apartment is located...

We stayed the weekend with Adele at her very charming and wonderful B & B in Virginia Highlands (a beautiful old Atlanta neighborhood). It is an easy few blocks walk to Piedmont Park, Botanical gardens, and many restaurants-- all the fun you need. She has thought of everything from heated towel racks, very comfortable beds, beautiful gardens, a hammock on...

GARDENER ALERT- Adele's garden is sublime, a soothing respite from exploring Atlanta. But, her secret is that this wonderful B&B is within walking distance of the Atlanta Botanical Garden a MUST see for anyone who loves plants and amazing plant sculptures. BIKER Alert - This B&B is seconds away from Piedmont Park, biker heaven. After a sumptuous breakfast of THE...

Pretty fabulous. We've stayed in some great B&B's here and in Europe, and this is in the conversation for the best. The B&B's proximity to Piedmont Park is a huge plus. Several great restaurants (lunch and dinner) are within walking distance. The neighborhood is one of the nicest you'll find in Atlanta. Take a stroll through the neighborhood and you'll...

Virginia Highlands has a great strip of restaurants and shopping. It's a peaceful area and great place for a weekend getaway. Our stay at Virginia Highland B&B was great. I stayed here with my wife a couple of months ago. The hostess was nice and made us feel at home. The rooms are very nice and decorated with a cozy...

The Virginia Highlands Bed & Breakfast provides a comfortable and interesting environment in the heart of Atlanta. The charming bungalow welcomes its guests in the Spring with daffodils, hyacinths and pryacantha. The screened porch allows guests to enjoy fresh air, especially during March and April in Atlanta. There is an amazing surprise in the backyard -- you'll have to be...
