Worst customer service ever experienced; only person to check in and it took 40 minutes, and that was with reservations. No attempt by other staffers to help with the process. Room was dated, in need of repair, and dusty.

Nice staff, nice location, room service was good parking expensive and absolutely the thinnest walls ever. Heard every cough the guy next door had. Heard every door open and SLAM. If you sleep like a rock you won't have a problem. If you don't, plan on staying awake all night.

Didn't get to stay long but hotel was nice in a nice location. Tiara Jones checked us in and was very sweet and accommodating. Nice clean rooms and facility. Would definitely stay here again when I come to Atlanta.

Positives first: front desk personnel were very nice and helpful, the room was quiet, and the breakfast servers were great. Not so positive: the facilities did not live up to what I expect from Doubletree. The elevator had a different kind of food on the floor each time I used it; parking fee ($32/night) was exorbitant and only valet was...

Great staff and location. Old and noisy rooms (you literally will hear ANYTHING). If you like "the tower of terror" of Disney, you will love their elevators. The facilities feel like an old building. Buffet breakfast is 16 USD per person, not many options bit it's ok. Parking 32 USD per night 😳. Too pricey for what you get.

This hotel is very dated for a Double Tree, but the front desk personnel are very friendly and helpful. The valets and porters are not that great. 1 of 4 or 5 seemed genuine. The trolley is right at the hotel, the train is 2 blocks, 3 blocks to centennial park and the Hawks, CNN etc

I visited this hotel while attending market at AmericasMart. Luckily it was just me and not my family as rooms were old, halls were dirty, and the hotel was just overall lacking when it comes to family setting. Even the lobby was outdated. Because I was alone, I opted to eat in the hotel, it was ok but I wish...

Well, I did not want to post this but the manager Teneka gave me no choice. This place is the worst. It's a shame to have the Hilton name associated with it. First of all as a platitum member member you are asked at online check in if you would like anything special for your room. I asked for 2...

I did not read reviews before booking this hotel. Big mistake. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Lobby was okay. Everything else was dated and or dirty. Old furniture, stained and torn curtains, TV remote didn't work, film on the mirrors, marks on the walls, paint chipping, rusty hinges on the doors, porcelain peeling from tub, shower curtain had a lot...

Very busy hotel just walking minutes from the sports centers, convention center and the main attractions at the Olympic Park. Yet, like an old high school or hospital in an urban area, even with an earnest, diligent staff, this Doubletrr feels like it is undera lot of strain..The info desk staff is also the check in and out.
