Basic hotel but its clean and the beds are quite comfortable. Few issues first was the bathroom door sicks on the tiled floor . No aircon but there is a fan on the ceiling however in room 520 you use it at your own risk as it is loose and looks like it is about to fall off . most...

I booked this hotel through on the beach.com for a bargain price so wasn't expecting much from it. First impressions weren't the best with the reception area and luggage room looking a bit tatty and unloved. Our room however was much better with a new bathroom and powerful shower. We had a larger than normal balcony overlooking the back of...

You cannot expect luxury hotel when you paying 55 £ for 3 nights. I thing for this price it was great. The room was clean and tidy, they did clean the room everyday and they did change our towels every day too. Staff was friendly and helpful. I cannot say anything about food as we got room only. Swimming pool...

We had read the reviews of this hotel previously, so were aware that rooms were basic - and that's fine, we didn't come to Malta to stay in the hotel! The rooms were clean, and you can borrow a cheapie hairdryer from reception. There is no free wifi, and the wifi tickets are more expensive than roaming from my provider...

We had a great ten days on holiday here - the staff (especially Alexis and Simon) were all very helpful, and looked after us! The hotel is in a quiet part of the bay so if you're looking for nightlife (or meals after 11pm) you'll struggle but if you're looking for a comfortable base from which to explore the islands...

The Porto Azzurro offers very reasonably priced rooms, and bearing in mind how little we paid the hotel was surprisingly good and excellent value. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Although Xemxija is a bit off the beaten track, there are excellent beaches within a short bus ride (especially Golden Bay) and...
