The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and you could have towels changed whenever you wanted. The food was of a good quality and there was a variety to choose from each night. The soups were fantastic!! Even though you served yourself you could have a traditional type of 4 course meal which we really... More

Having read many reviews before staying at this hotel we did go with an open mind as there were many bad reviews and some good ones, we did notice the smell in the lift it was disgusting, you could see that there had been some effort to improve the place, but there is a lot more to be done to... I will first state it was indeed a cheap enough hotel, but still over-priced for what it was. There is a sewage pipe leaking under the elevator so that stinks of sewage. All the time. Out room was dank, smelly and there were cigarette holes in the sheets. Large ones. The A/C wasn't working and the over-head light didn't work.... More

Personally I never normally write a review, before I left I read the reviews on here and wondered what i'd let myself in for ...upon returning I wanted to say that I had NO such problems with this well placed hotel. I had room 501 and no complaints, its a 3* hotel I expected clean sheets flushing toilet and not... More

We had booked a week in a hotel in St Paul's Bay but on arrival we were told they had had a flood and there was no room at the inn. I felt biblical. Not amused to be moved on at 11.00pm and downright annoyed to find we were going to a entirely different resort to a hotel which seemed... More

After booking a last minute deal with Maltadirect I was wondering if anything had changed at the Primera? I'm pleased to say I could see that the points I had raised in my last two reviews had been worked on! The pool on the roof was spotless and the sausages were now grilled at breakfast and not like in my... More

I honestly don't know which hotel all these other reviews are on about because my girlfriend and I had an amazing stay. Staff were polite, helpful, courteous and didnt steal when you're out like other hotels have. The staff became more friends rather than "just staff" Breakfast is first come first served, but plenty of cafés 100yards from the door.... More
