Our stay was wonderful, made possible by the awesome staff at the front desk. Margaret, Bernard, and Armand were courteous, professional, easy to talk to, and very helpful. Aside from not having a complimentary breakfast, I recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a clean, accessible room with updated amenities.

This is a typical Four Points hotel. The food was good, the room was fine. Parking was easy and there is an entire shopping area across the street. The only problem the is the lack of plugs by the work desk. Only one two plug outlet. And one outlet is for the lamp. So you have only one plug for all your electronics. Nowadays, I assume more plugs or I expect the lamps to have usb sorts of ports. Not here. Even worse, the outlet is located right behind the leg of the desk and the desk is connected to the dresser and so on. I found it impossible to move the desk to even connect my PC to that one plug outlet. Bad news except for one employee--Johnny--who saved the day. After calling, he brought what amounted to an extension cord and using Herculean strength was able to move the leg away from the wall. That made all the difference. Compliments to him.

Booked hotel for my wife for two nights under separate reservations. She got in late and shuttle wasn't running so Michael Anthony gave her name of taxi service and made sure she didn't have to check out of room in morning to only check back in the afternoon. The hotel was reasonably priced by NYC standards as well. But they do need to update rooms and do something about bug population.

The hotel is nowhere near a 3 star hotel. First, I’ve booked a king room only to turn out to be a small, dark room with broken bedside lamp, the staff had to switch me to a double Queen room. Second, no complimentary breakfast, and the purchased one really sucked! It was far worse than any other chain hotel’s free breakfast, let alone this cost you another 25 bucks. Third, they double charged me for a stay that I have already prepaid with my credit card when I did my reservation, when I tried to call them multiple times to their account/billing office, it always goes to voice mail, they never brother to pick up or return a call. Don’t let the reviews or photos fool you, it’s nothing like those, I would never ever stay at four points going forward.

I cannot say enough about my experience at this hotel. The check in process was long due to a Comcast outage impacting successful processing of credit cards. This wasn't the fault of the hotel. The front desk team kept us informed of the issues and kept smiling and calm in what was a very stressful situation. They are pros! My room was clean and comfortable, with ample outlets to charge my devices. The shuttle to the airport was spot on. I will be making this my go-to hotel for those early morning flights out of Richmond.

Our team hotel lost our reservation and we had to stay here on short notice. The pics looked great and the location was perfect. But the room was dirty and falling apart, stains on the carpet, paint falling off the walls, it smelled like Willie Nelson stayed there before us (if you know what I mean), the pool was a decent size but very dirty and cloudy, and the breakfast had potential to be good, but it was cold and terrible. They only had 2 people working the breakfast area and there were 4 soccer teams at the hotel. Hotel security had to remove 16 people from the room next door to us for having a big party/orgy/something in the middle of the night. All and all it was a bad experience for us. The best thing about the stay was the free cookies near the front desk. Everything else was a huge disappointment. Pics attached..

Great rooms great location with lots of close restaurants. Hourly airport van which is just minutes away. Excellent staff that make your stay that much cozier. Rooms have great amenities and the beds were very high quality with a good selection of pillows

The hotel itself was great but the customer service from the guy at the front desk (Anthony) was AWFUL and very UNHELPFUL. He let the shuttle leave my kids and I because he wasn’t looking at the right date for shuttle times. Which delayed us and made us miss our flight. I’m highly upset with his service.

Made this a one night stand on the way to the Richmond Airport and SD for 2 weeks. Price was right, access was good, staff as good as you could hope for. Room clean and covid safe, a very nice stay for this use. Used the restaurant that just opened for a fast meal, and the manager on duty did an excellent job of putting together 2 dinners and all we needed to take them back to the room. Excellent deal on long term parking as the airport isn't offering it, great shuttle to and from. Make this the stop for the airport stay!

I went to go visit a friend and see a show with him! And I have to say my stay here was amazing the staff was just beautiful the rooms looked great I love the fact that Ya'll have shampoo, body wash and conditioner separate as well as a tub. The drivers were awesome all of them. Little John was cool, Alford was great! But Fisher oh man by far he was the MVP! He knew all the places to check out he was so informative and nice and really let us know what this city was all about and it made our trip that much better!! Gwen was super sweet I love that gal. She was nice accommodating, informative and just absolutely lovely! She made our experience all around perfect. All in all it was a great time and can't wait to come back near the summer/fall again!

These are all correct answers. We have a 24 hour shuttle service to get you to and from the airport. If you are arriving at RIC, we recommend that you call the hotel and request for a pick up once you have retrieved your luggage. If you are departing from the hotel, please let the front desk know what time you need to be at the airport so we can schedule you accordingly. Departures to the airport are scheduled at 20 minute intervals.
The Sheraton has great rates. It's not fancy or elegant. But it's clean and quite. There are much more expensive hotels in the area it depends on what you want. For one night you can't beat the price of the Sheraton.

I don't remember if I used points or cash? But I do know it worked out to be around the same. Normally in this case, I would go with cash to gain more points. If in doubt use SPG online to reserve. They will show you points and nightly rate also. Last spring it was very good.
There are more places to choose from in the Richmond area.
