Carol makes dining at the Delta a fun evening!! She always takes care of us, even when working on our laptops at the table! Thanks, Carol! You make business travel so much more enjoyable. The Charlotte ladies love the delta.

Once again, the delta and moreso, CAROL provides excellent service. The Charlotte girls appreciate ya! The wedenesday happy hours are the best. I particularly enjoyed the live entertainment and salmon cakes. But again, Carol is the star of the show for us!

The staff at this hotel were great. Carol in the bar took care of us and was so wonderful. Tomas took us to dinner and was great and on time. Rooms were clean and food was great. Will definitely stay here again!!

I'm sorry for the delay in responding. There is a parking garage on site. I'm not sure of the fee. On the weekends there is free street parking. The hotel staff was very helpful directing us to the street parking.

Shuttle runs from 6am to 11 pm. Three vans. All have great drivers - Ed, Tomas, Cory.
