We had a wonderful 1-night stay here in July 2019 for €90 per night including breakfast! Gigi the owner is so incredibly gracious and helpful and his property is lovely. We arrived via bus from Olbia and Gigi picked us up form the bus station and because we had an early ferry to catch he offered also to take us to the ferry station, which was a huge help. Because we were leaving early, we told Gigi not to worry about breakfast, but he insisted on getting up earlier and making us a beautiful homemade breakfast before we set off (his homemade jams were amazing). The room was spacious, clean, A/C and wifi worked well, it had tea/coffee facilities and a shared fridge for all guests, but the balcony was best of all. The property is a short walk from the beach and town centre and Gigi will give you a map and great ideas about the city. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it!

The owner (Gigi) is the perfect host. He gives you that little extra service so you feel welcome during the whole stay. Gigi has lots of experience in the area and is the perfect guide. This B&B is located near the city centre, about 10 min walk. Rooms are very nice, I would recommend room with a view, which includes balcony, breakfast and a private bathroom. Cost approximately 90€/night for 2 persons. Service is amazing and cost is worth every penny. I definitely recommend this place for everyone travelling to Santa Teresa.

It's simple: this is the best B&B I have ever visited. Rooms are spacious and sparkling clean. The place is a short walk from the main piazza in Santa Teresa, where all the main bars and restaurants are. This means it is convenient yet very quite and relaxing at night. Breakfast is a feast of homemade jams, cookies and cakes. The owner is very generous with recommendations about hikes and beaches to visit. We found some really remarkable and not-so-crowded places following his directions. I highly, highly recommend this place!

We stayed here for 4 nights & found the host, Gigi (Luigi), to be warm, welcoming, hospitable & helpful. Accommodation is upstairs in his house - a clean comfortable homely room with en suite bathroom & a balcony with views over town to the opposite hills & a lovely leafy garden. The generous breakfast is downstairs - many delicious homemade treats (sweet almond biscuits, nutella filled shortbreads, cake, jams & marmalade), pastries, fresh & toasted bread, local cheeses, yoghurt, juice, water & Gigi's fresh espresso made to order...yum! Gigi is also a mine of information about his local area & Sardinia in general & gave us hints, maps & recommendations of what to do & see. He even drove us out to Capo Testa so we could hike back. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely little town - our thanks to Gigi for enhancing our 1st experience of Sardinia.

Gigi and Francesca, our host and hostess were so charming we want to take them home with us. Thanks to Gigi, we were given a map and directions to all the major sites, from private beaches to the lighthouse and fascinating ruins. His wife Francesca made a beautiful spread of all the local delicacies ( Bottarga di Muggini, carasau) ; we practiced our Italian and they their English and we all spoke fluently after the second bottle of prosecco.
