We chose this wonderful B&B for two reasons; it's close proximity to the Port and other Trip Advisor reviews. And on both counts, this place ticks the "Accuracy" boxes. It is a 10 minute ( maybe 5 without heavy rucksacks) walk up the hill from the Port and the greeting from receptionist Piera was warm and kind. The B&B is absolutely immaculate, beautifully contemporary, and the bedrooms so well thought out with a huge space, big comfy bed, and fantastic bathroom with mood lighting above the shower. It is like everything is still so new as it is so clean. Breakfast was continental style with different breads, yogurts, fruit, croissants, cereals, and wonderful barista made coffee. Top marks for everything...and it's location for the main square and dazzling beach and sea makes it the ideal place to stay. Wish we were there longer than just one night. Grazie Piera! …
The La Maison d'art was cute. They have a pool- a nice one! You can catch some rays and buff your tan if you need to. There is parking available on the surrounding streets (free). Driving the streets near the hotel is easy by Italian standards. The room was huge, the bathroom large and a very nice standard. Breakfast was decent, with good coffee. A 5-10 minute walk into town- make sure you head down to the waterfront, there is a small path that extends along it and is beautiful to walk 😊
Just spent a fantastic couple of days here. Rooms are very well thought out and comfortable, nice continental breakfast, staff are cheery and helpful. Close to bus and ferry and not far from centre of town. Well worth it thoroughly recommend
Clean, and very well located for the ferry and bus. However, it is a very average hotel and was expensive considering the location and amenities. For those looking to stay more than one night, I would suggest looking for a hotel with sea views closer to the town square. If your goal is just to easily walk from the hotel to the ferry, then this is a solid choice.
Rooms are immaculate with modern furnishings. Amazing rainforest shower and lovely toiletries. Very good air conditioning. The bed was a little firm for our liking but may suit others. The only negative thing I have is that the rooms all say they have balconies but none of them do. Our deluxe room said it had a balcony as go all the others, but we asked after we'd checked in and were told that is a mistake. The staff were very helpful and the pool is great for sunbathing and cooling off. Only a 10 min walk from Rena Bianca beach which is beautiful. It does get a little busy but we were always able to find a spot.
