The Lobby is a disaster zone! The rooms are very nice, and updated. The beds very comfortable, however the walls are very thin. You can hear everything going on in your neighbors room. Also sounded like the person above me was having a work out. Can hear every footsteps above me.

The hotel is in renovation and is utterly filthy. There is no lobby. No lounge for breakfast. In fact we never got our "to-go bag of breakfast" either. Parking is tight, but free. There is a shuttle, I never used it. The location is strange, but close to Harvard. I believe I was double charged for my stay, which I...

We had a good stay here. Good and convenient location. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Shuttle service to/from Harvard square and T. Only downside, they should have mentioned they were being renovated when we made reservation. Rooms were clean with new furnitures. But still smelled the paint. Everything else was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Stated in the old atria and it was ok for the price considering Boston rates. This sty was at a hotel under remodelling with no services at all including tv. Stayed in new room and it was cheap and very poorly furnished for a hotel. End result I will no longer stay there as the new look and feel and...

Hotel Tria in Watertown, MA is the worst hotel ever. Upon arrival, we were greeted with major renovations (unknown to us at booking) which resulted in a closed hotel bar and restaurant. The first day, all I heard was jackhammering. My door has been ajar twice upon arriving at my room. Tonight, the water is off - cannot brush teeth,...

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times a year....it is now under new ownership and they are refurbishing rooms and the lobby is frankly like a war zone. We will likely stay in the hotel again....but not until the construction ends and the kinks are worked out. Kinks like keys not working, water turned off for hours...

February/March 2017 -- This hotel is uninhabitable. We booked through Hotels.com and arrived to find a disaster zone of plaster, ash, dirt and various building materials. See the photos. YOU DON"T WANT TO STAY HERE RIGHT NOW! Hotels.com refunded our money, but the Hotel Tria apparently did not want to give us our first night's deposit back.

It takes a lot for me to rate a hotel super negatively. We weren't here on vacation, but rather, while our apartment was uninhabitable. I've always seen this hotel and thought it would be a great place to stay, so jumped at the excuse and a groupon deal to choose this hotel. Check in was God-awful. It's supposed to be...

Service was great and beds comfortable. They're in the middle of remodel so the lobby and other areas are a mess but that's to be expected. Noise level from nearby rooms is quite loud. There were some kids you could hear until after 11. Had to move the coffee maker across the room because there wasn't a plug near it....

As several people have noted, a bit tricky to find on the rotary (your very first available turn if coming from Harvard Square). Parking is free, which is a nice feature in Cambridge. There is some construction on-going because the hotel is about to change names and, I assume, ownership. Wi fi was free. The room was okay, real glasses,...
