Have stayed here several times. Used to love it. Made reservation two months ago. Met with surprises....Turned into a "Boutique Hotel" from a Best Western. Parking charge $16/day. Breakfast charges ala carte ($$??) No room coffee. Overpriced room snacks/drinks and bottled water ($4) Cheap furniture renovations. Great LG TV. Tiny bathroom; no countertop space. Comfortable bed. No hair dryer. Internet...

I booked this hotel in September of '16. At that time it was the Best Western Hotel Tria. We had stayed there before & liked it very much. We arrived late Thursday night 4/6/17 after 11 p.m. to find the hotel in the throes of remodeling. On Friday morning at 7:45 a.m. we were awakened by workers outside our window....

We were in Boston for work and this is the place that was booked for us. We were excited to stay here, it looked like a nice place... until we checked in... they are doing construction so the lobby was filthy and smelled of floor adhesive- no bar/restaurant or fitness center. On the way to our room we squeezed by...

This hotel is currently under construction to be updated. The lobby and certain rooms have plastic sheeting to hide the construction, but it is not pretty. Currently there is no lobby, no lounge for breakfast and no other amenities due to construction. Our room was nice, but the way the furniture was placed made it seem small. Everything was very...

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. I was not able to find it on the Best Western website so I called the hotel and made my reservation directly. When I arrived the first thing I noticed was the Best Western sign was gone, which is why I couldn't find it on the BW website. I...

The Lobby is a disaster zone! The rooms are very nice, and updated. The beds very comfortable, however the walls are very thin. You can hear everything going on in your neighbors room. Also sounded like the person above me was having a work out. Can hear every footsteps above me.

The hotel is in renovation and is utterly filthy. There is no lobby. No lounge for breakfast. In fact we never got our "to-go bag of breakfast" either. Parking is tight, but free. There is a shuttle, I never used it. The location is strange, but close to Harvard. I believe I was double charged for my stay, which I...

We had a good stay here. Good and convenient location. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Shuttle service to/from Harvard square and T. Only downside, they should have mentioned they were being renovated when we made reservation. Rooms were clean with new furnitures. But still smelled the paint. Everything else was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Stated in the old atria and it was ok for the price considering Boston rates. This sty was at a hotel under remodelling with no services at all including tv. Stayed in new room and it was cheap and very poorly furnished for a hotel. End result I will no longer stay there as the new look and feel and...

Hotel Tria in Watertown, MA is the worst hotel ever. Upon arrival, we were greeted with major renovations (unknown to us at booking) which resulted in a closed hotel bar and restaurant. The first day, all I heard was jackhammering. My door has been ajar twice upon arriving at my room. Tonight, the water is off - cannot brush teeth,...
