Although our Boston stay was for a brief weekend, we thoroughly enjoyed our evening stay at the Kendall Hotel. This boutique gem, which was once "home" of a small town firehouse and its crew, was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. We arrived quite early for our afternoon check in and were greeted by a very friendly attendant who provided us...

My wife and I stayed here during the Boston Marathon and we were very impressed with the hotel quality, comfort, decor and location. The general manager, Brenda Anderson and her staff were all very polite and helpful. Lots of smiling faces intent on providing a happy and memorable experience for their visitors. We would definitely stay at this quaint hotel...

I really loved my short (overnight) stay at this charming hotel. I checked in earlier than they expected but they were quite willing to accommodate me, while I enjoyed the terrific hotel buffet, included with the room. The room was really lovely and I was so pleased to see that it didn't look like ANY other hotel room that I'd...

My husband and I stayed last night at the Kendall Hotel. It was a wonderful experience. First of all, we were greeted by a very helpful person at the desk, Carla. She was extremely sweet and very friendly. When we couldn't find parking a staff person moved her car so that we could have her spot. The hotel itself is...

You instantly get a feel of arriving at Grandma's house by the comfortable, yet upscale, lobby equipped with tablets to find your way; couches and comfy chairs in front of the fireplace; and smiles by all of the employees you encounter. We were thankful for luggage storage when we arrived long before check-in time while we went into Boston to...

My flight was delayed so I had to stay and extra night in Boston. I was exhausted an somewhat irritated but this staff member turned my mood around. Very kind and helpful! Need more people like this in costumer service. Made my stay a lot more pleasant. Thanks again....

Wow, what a find! Such a quaint and beautiful hotel! Rooms were lovely and comfortable. Close to the red line and many restaurants. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! Will definitely stay here again while in the Boston area!

Me: former Boston resident of many years, now visiting the city to see family. My boyfriend: first-time visitor to Boston. I was looking for a well-priced hotel that would suit both of us, and the Kendall was the perfect choice. It had the history and funky charm that both of us craved, and importantly to me, it is located in...

Thank you for taking the time to post a review about your recent stay at The Kendall Hotel. Funky, eclectic, not cookie cutter and many more adjectives have been used to describe the hotel - we take great pride with extending unscripted service and Carla excels at just this - it's what we are all about - an experience -...
