Great location, very close to the T and to MIT. The rooms are big, spacious, there's a warmth about it that makes you feel like home. Very helpful staff. Free wifi. Breakfast has plenty of choices, it would be better if the buffet was in the same room as the sitting arrangements, but that's just a minor thing compared to...

This is the 3rd or 4th time my wife and I have stayed at the Kendall. Each time I am more impressed with the kindness and attention to detail of the staff. Everything is totally thought through - appropriate, convenient, delicious. The included breakfast buffet - absolutely the best. Rooms - tight - with daily complimentary water bottles and welcome...

Felt like we were in a small, cozy country in, while in a fabulous location in Boston. The building (an old firehouse) has been beautifully restored; our room was large and well furnished; the downstairs lobby/sitting room with fireplace/cafe are welcoming and comfortable places to have a glass of wine, read the paper, and visit with friends. Breakfast buffet has...

Colonial hotel in Boston close to all start ups in the area. Friendly personnel. Room was not big but had a good bed and a place to sit. I missed a desk to work on. The bathroom was okay but I missed an area to put my toileteries on. The breakfast was good with enough choice

We loved this hotel! Very authentic and comfy cozy! Each room is different and has memorabilia from the firehouse days. Staff super courteous and responsive.. we walked to Fenway for a game and took a cab back to the hotel. Super fun. Parking a bit tricky but manageable.

The Kendall is located in the tech square of Cambridge near several restaurants and the "t" . We had a reservation for a king room and planned to watch the Pats game but the tv did not work. Crystal from the front desk tried to fix it but was unable to. She solved the problem by moving us to a...

Let’s start with the positive points. The hotel is very conveniently located for visiting MIT, Cambridge but also Boston in general: about half an hour from Logan Airport by bus and underground, just outside Kendall/MIT station. Another good point is the breakfast buffet. The old style of the Kendall Hotel has its charm but also some important drawbacks. We had...

My husband and I had a lovely New Year's Eve Eve stay at the Kendall Hotel in Boston. I'm a Boston native living in Los Angeles so I really appreciate The Kendall's location; perfect for getting to & fro any destination in the city! From the moment I walked in the front door, I felt home. The holiday decor was...

I am happy we had the opportunity to host you while we celebrated the new year. Yes, the few steps from the T make it very convenient for both our staff and guests to get to and from the Kendall. Alas, the holiday decor has now come down (it had to at some point, right?) but I am glad that...
