Large rooms, comfortable. Bathrooms small, cramped shelf above the tiny sink. The shower was absurdly small, a square smaller than a phone booth. Difficult for an average-sized person to turn around in, would be very awkward for a larger person. The breakfast buffet was just...More

We stayed 1 night here while on an Insight tour - that was more than enough. This was our 3rd Icelandair Hotel while on this trip and definitely the least desirable. The reception area is very dark and the rooms don't get any better. We...More

Quiet and comfortable, after walking up those volcanos and glaciers. Clean, nice restaurants. Single story. The restaurant is noisy, due to the ceiling design. Serves beer and wine. Moat rooms also have a direct door to the outside. Enough outlets.

We stayed one night in this hotel. Everyone was very friendly. The food was good. It was very close to the secret lagoon which was a plus. The bathrooms were a little odd but certainly adequate. The breakfast the next morning was very nice.

I hired a car and drove there in a blizzard. Why not contact the hotel and ask them, I'm sure they will be able to advise you, the staff are excellent.

Breakfast was included in our room rate as well. But I believe you can also purchase it when you get there. It was a nice buffet with a good selection of food. I tried Skyr several times and enjoyed it!
