One of the biggest rooms we've ever had, it was in the building opposite the main hotel, with good views to the fjord. A super comfortable bed and although the room was simple, which is normal in Iceland, it was very comfortable and adequately equipped although the facility to make tea and coffee in the room was missed. The free...

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years, and must say that there is not much about it that kind off it excel at. That said the rooms are clean, the view over to the mountain called Hafnarfjall is great. The staff is friendly and I found them quite often to go out of their way to...

Though they call themselves ....just a 3 star hotel...they really are 4 stars. The rooms are clean and modern...and the bathrooms are quite large. We came to this hotel during the low season and recieved a lot of friendly personal service from the people working there. They had also been very helpful concerning things to do and where to go....

My companion and I spent three nights in the hotel. First in a regular room, and then in a one-bedroom apartment. The regular room seemed a bit dated, but clean and it had a beautiful view of the water and mountains. The apartment was modern and very comfortable. When there was a problem with a broken toilet seat, the staff...

We slept in this hotel for a night: rooms were. Ormal, the bathroom was quite old but for a night it was ok! Breakfast was good: they had a lot of things to eat, from fish to yoghurt! It's a good place to stay.

Stayed here for one night. Rooms very spacious and clean and in a quiet location. The water from the shower has to be straight out of the ground as I have never smelled anything like it OMG! You could taste the sulphur. Yuck yuck yuck

A pretty plain hotel in a decent location . Reasonably clean and comfortable otherwise unremarkable. Breakfast was poor compared to other similar priced hotels we stayed in Iceland. There are nice cafes and restaurants in town close by.

Initially the girl at reception quoted us a higher rate for the room. When we asked for the internet rate, she agreed to that price but told us it would be a room with no view. Well, we generally sleep with our eyes closed anyway, but it wasnt a very warm reception. There was no tea kettle in the room...

This hotel is fine. Nothing special nothing terrible. Adequate wifi, adequate room. The breakfast was minimal and actually quite boring. We stayed here as part of a prearranged schedule of hotels, so I have no idea what it costs relative to other places, but I would not go out of my way to stay there. Bed was comfortable, room was...

The room was ok. The shower is cool, hot water from sulfur and the cold water from mountains. And the view is amazing, i woke up in the morning and saw the mountain outside my window. And there's a couple of good restaurants and coffee shop.
