Was pleasantly surprised by modern aspect of this hotel. Very clean and easy to get to. Free Shuttle service offered to Old Market and points of interest. Received a text message when I checked in to see if I needed anything, and if shuttle required, simply text the same number and they would pick me up.
I experience two service hiccups with the gym not opening until 7a this past Saturday while attending a conference. The client experience manager made valiant attempts to contact me and we had a productive conversation. He was most polite, respectful, and shared plans on how to improve the operational processes in order to not only avoid this, but provide service that "went above" going forward. The Hilton brand is very lucky to have Travis. He has a keen business acumen and is truly an asset to the service team. Would 100% stay here again were I to find myself in Omaha.
We very pleased with our stay! The entire staff at this location went above and beyond for us. Clean rooms, modern decor and polite helpful staff make this hotel an excellent choice. They have a shuttle bus to the airport.
Valet staff, AWESOME. The valets were VERY friendly and helpful.
Check in = front desk staff was very friendly and polite.
Our room was fine. Not 'Hilton' level clean, but fine.
The issue we had was that we were there for a cheer competition, with a group of VERY excited athletes. There is no where to meet up as a group to eat or gather, unless you want to all meet and order from the restaurant (or try to cram all of them into a single room... which would certain prompt a call from neighbors). There were also weddings and other events going on.... there were several angry flight crew members complaining about all the noise in the hallways. The Hilton could plan better and reserve certain wings/floors of the hotel for those guests (like flight crew) which need quiet time at 7PM.
For the price, I believe a little better planning on the hotel's management would have gone a long way in customer service. Offer alternatives and TRY to help accommodate everyone instead of just saying no.
The pool is open to all, the gym (which you walk through to get to the pool) is not. There is not much space for spectators to monitor their children who need supervision while at the pool.
We stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. Great location in downtown Omaha, close to everything. We are up early for work everyday, so when we are out of town, we love the luxury of sleeping in. Blackout curtains made this possible, so that was great. The walls were a bit thin, but we have white noise apps on our phones that helped with that. This was a great place to stay for a night away.

Yes, the lounge is open on the weekends. It's a fairly large space with multiple conversations areas and a TV. They keep it well stocked with water, soda, coffee, tea and a few grab and go snacks (granola bars, apples).
