If you are trying to combine a real taste of the Provence countryside with the restaurants, bars and liveliness of a holiday resort, Campagne Baudeloup makes a great base. It is a farmhouse converted into a small hotel, built round a courtyard and surrounded by trees and fields. It feels totally ‘rural France’. But in five minutes drive you can...

We booked this B&B as a special birthday treat with some friends. The lovely old country house has impressive big rooms but unfortunately the whole place feels run down and in need of some serious maintenance. We had 4 blissful days at this charming place. We stayed in the cottage that had plenty of space to comfortably move around. Spent our days relaxing on the lovely day beds around the pool, visiting town and enjoying the beautiful garden etc. There is also a Wifi hotspot at the tree (our wifi tree). A big thanks to our...

Sadly only a one night stay here as the hotel was quite special with it's very large rooms and wonderful furnishings including a 4-poster bed. The bathroom was very clean and tastefully modern so good plumbing. A kettle and tea/coffee making facilities supplied. Wine and snacks in the fridge some of which we had and there was no additional charge!...
