We arrived tired booking a room at the last minute. The manager Mary-Beth was very accommodating. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast arrangement. Keep in mind is an older motel but well kept up.We look forward to staying there the next time we are passing through. Joy M

We came into town having a bad day after we checked in we went down to the bar to have one drink and that was all but when we got there the bartender courtney was very beautiful and a very fun time she has the best personaity and she makes the best drinks no matter which one you ask for... More

The beds were very uncomfortable. The rooms were decent but the outlets didn't work good. The pool and hot tub were not working properly. The service was great and the staff was friendly and nice. Charging extra for kids is ridiculous.

I just needed somewhere for the night not too far from the Hoover Dam so I picked this randomly from the strip of motels off the highway. It was clean but basic - the bathroom/shower was beginning to show its age. But the staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable and if I had to find somewhere in the... More

We were on a road trip and tried to find a room in LV and Henderson, all rooms were sold out due to multiple conventions, monster truck rally and the NCAA basket ball tournament being in town at the same time. A motel we stopped at told us that there were rooms available at the Boulder Inn and Suites, he... More

Checked in after driving 8 hours, with my 19 month old daughter asked for a non-smoking room, downstairs. Was given a handicapped room that reeked of smoke. Hurriedly used the bathroom and changed my daughters diaper only to discover blood and feces on the bedspread and carpet. Picked up the crumb and jellied phone to tell the front desk I... More

We have stayed at the Boulder Inn & Suites on several occasions and I basically feel you get what you pay for. It's not the Four Seasons but it's not priced like the Four Seasons either. The place is older and you can tell that it wasn't built yesterday but the rooms have always been fairly nice and clean. They... More

We stayed at Boulder Inn and Suites after spending hours in Vegas looking for a room for the night unsuccessfully. Our room was average with a fridge, tv and king size bed. This was a decent stay, the hotel has an indoor pool and a complimentary breakfast at the diner across the road. All in all, we would stay here... More

The best thing about this inn was the free breakfast at the Southwest Diner across the street. The employees at the front desk were nice and friendly. We stayed there just over night. Our room was fine, on the first floor and pet friendly. However, the beds were hard, the pillows sucked (I have a thing for pillows) and the... More

The room was dirty! Don't they ever vacuumed the room. The beds very hard. We did not have towels and had to go to the front desk to get some. Which we were given bear min, asked house keeping to stop by our room to give us a couple more...which they didn't. My son left his favourite blanket there. When... More
