The staff was incredibly nice and the location for Boulder City was great. Other than that.... the hotel was sold out and we were placed in a smoking room. Even though the lady stated they ozoned the room, it smelled horrific. The bed wasn't supportive and we all woke up with sore backs and the pillows were rock hard. The...

4 stars for location 2.5-3 stars for actually hotel. Great location to central Boulder City. After driving all day it was great to park the car, walk to restaurants and parks. Our dog greatly appreciated it too. The room was quiet (except for the AC unit was loud), clean, comfortable bed with tiny microwave and refrigerator. It could use some...

This is a fantastic motel, a step back in time! The woman who took our reservations was so friendly. The room was clean and well maintained. It was in a quiet location. The beds were comfortable. If you are looking for a hotel with all the new extras this might not be the place for you. We will definitely stay...

Clean, quiet, comfy! The lady working the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Will stay again! The motel had an old Vegas feel...the whole "Leaving Las Vegas" movie feel but not depressing...loved it!

A good location close to the center of Boulder with a small strip of shops and restaurants close by and the older part of town within walking distance. The hotel rooms are a little dingy and the breakfast is basic, at best. However location makes amends for these shortcomings and the reception staff were very friendly. A good option for...

I stayed there for 1 night as I was going kayaking at Willow Beach area on the Colorado River. This place is clean and it have the basics need for a good night rest. The mattress was soft, but I like it this way. The best part is that you are so close to downtown of Boulder City and all...

We had a great stay at this little motel on our way through Boulder City. The clerk at the front desk seemed genuinely pleased to be of service to our group, had a wonderful sense of humour, and was very warm and friendly. The rooms were simple but clean. I loved the human interaction and truly felt welcomed to town...

This is a good example of southwestern motels from the 40s and 50s, complete with swimming pool and thick foliage. Close to shopping and there is a nice city park across the street to walk the dog. There are some small things that could use repair but nothing major. Wi-Fi didn't work and the desk clerk tried everything she could...

It may not be new and fancy, but it is clean and comfortable. The staff is great, friendly and helpful. The property is well cared for. It is close to downtown, you can walk down for dinner and to enjoy all the lovely statues that are featured throughout. We were on a two-week motorcycle trip and this was the best...
