We were on holidays in this hotel in Val-de-Vaucluse. It is built on an old watermill. You can hear the river all around you. The hotel building looks totally renovated. It has classical small rooms, all perfectly clean and beautiful. No desk. The garden is like a fairytale: beautiful decorated with the river running through it. Val-de-Vaucluse is a very...

We loved our stay at the picturesque hotel. The room was beautiful overlooking the pool area. Great hot tub, too! Our room included their terrific breakfast which featured wonderful Provence produce and baked goods. The town was lovely and the hotel was well-located for strolls.

Hotel du Peote is wonderful. The rooms are charming, comfortable and clean. But the best part is the setting and the staff. The hotel st along the La Sorgue near the source. Mill streams run trough the garden which is tranquil and beautiful. Flight issues prevented us from arriving early enough to try the pool and hot tub, but they...

The town of Fontaine de Vaucluse is not the prettiest town when compared with other Provence villages on hill-tops, but it attracts lots of visitors to see the source (hence the name of the town). The hotel is a different matter. We stayed here for two nights as part of a package walking holiday. It was a delightful place to...

We are very happy with our experience at Hotel du Poete in Fontaine de Vaucluse. It is a beautiful property, surrounded by water and very peaceful. The rooms are beautifully decorated and you can tell that ownership takes pride in keeping the property in mint condition. We were lucky to have 30 guests from our wedding stay at Hotel du...

We absolutely love this hotel! Just beautiful and perfect and in a perfect location! It's a small hotel but is beautifully decorated throughout, very French chic. It has a warm and welcoming feel to it. The garden/pool area is amazing, with a little river flowing through! We ate breakfast outside with outstanding views of the mountains behind. Our room is...

We stayed here on Day 3 of a four-day Cyclomundo bike tour. The hotel is within walking distance of the famous "source" and landscaped with gorgeous stone terraces, waterfalls, and little streams. (Note the rushing sound of the water is a bit loud if you want your window open in the evening.) The pool is small but lovely and refreshing,...

We love this hotel and make a point of going there whenever we're in the South of France. The rooms are good, the property is gorgeous and the staff is friendly and helpful. We have visited during the spring and summer months and enjoyed the pool, spa. The location is great and close to shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend...

Located just downstream of the source of the Sorgue River, this spot straddles several streams as they flow through the countryside. You can always hear the water flowing if you leave your window open. That was true even for my room, which overlooked the small parking lot. The room was roomy and comfortable, with a sort of country French decor....

This is our second time here--it was so wonderful last year we knew we had to return. The hotel was originally a paper mill and many channels off the Sorgue still plunge around and under the building. It's a lovely and unique spot. Service is excellent and staff are friendly. You can't beat it.
