The lobby is lovely with dramatic pairings of Captain Hook and sea sciences. The rooms were extremely comfortable . It was a short stay but very nice with no complaints. We did not get to try room service. The room was very attractive and comfortable.

This 50-year old establishment has an old-world charm. We were here as part of our Princess Cruise Tour and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Many restaurants provide a variety of food choices. The staff, especially the concierge, was friendly and helpful.

Clean, neat, excellent staff. The best "tourist" shopping in town was in the huge lobby. We did a Princess Cruise and they meshed perfectly. If you stay here, this is a great place. We could walk to the waterside and into and around town

We did the Alaskan cruise through princess and this is by far the nicest property princess puts you in. The beds were so comfy! There are also a lot of great shops within walking distance. We were not impressed with the other hotels we stayed in via princess, but really liked this one!

This is an amazing hotel with ALL the right little shops to buy souvenirs or home decor. The authentic selection of baskets made by the remaining members of the local tribe using baleen from a whales mouth. Ivory, you name it, the Captain Cook has it and within walking distance of downtown shopping and a major indoor mall

We stayed at the Hotel Captain Cook for one night between a cruise and land tour of Alaska. The wifi was strong with no connection issues and there was a small fridge. The toilet and shower were separate from...
