This special place is sitting just in front of the very pricey Millenium Hotel, right on the water with much better views. I'd really like to keep it a secret! We had the Bravo Room on the corner. All we wanted to do was stay at the Inn and watch the floatplanes take off and land. The room was like...

Situated in a quiet location, just behind the Millennium Hotel this small four bedroomed inn is perfect if you require an airport hotel. The Inn has an aviation theme and its lakeside location givies perfect views of Lake Hood and the float plane activity. The two upstairs front rooms have lake views and their own ample sized balcony. Rear rooms...

Quite simply the best B&B we have ever had the good fortune to stay in bar none. Bill was amazing at getting us settled in for our first ever visit to Anchorage. Despite us arriving much later than we had promised, Bill gave us a 5 star welcome. He was a constant source of inspiration and helped to make our...

I chose this “so called” B&B because of the reviews and honestly, I was so utterly let down in what I experienced. I certainly expected something of a higher caliber based on the reviews of other guests and the cost of $210. I would never recommend this place and I’m really shocked at all of the 5 star reviews. I...

We, too, wanted something different for our 2 nights in Anchorage and this was perfect. Our flights came in late and Bill was very helpful in talking us in when we were a little lost and waiting for us at the door. That said, he was very respectful of privacy - more than willing to be there for great conversation,...

If you are into aeroplanes and are looking for accommodation look no further than here. Snugly tucked next to Lake Hood the home of the float plane this place exudes atmosphere and is simply wonderful. We stayed 8 nights with a late booking and the owner Bill helped us no end in organizing us over our week long stay. Great...

We were looking for something a bit different for a one night stopover in Anchorage, and by George we found it here. What a wonderful, quirky little B & B located right on the shore of Lake Hood so we could sit on the deck and watch the seaplanes take off and land, and wait for the sun to go...

We stayed here in August after a trip to Denali before flying out the next day. Loved the aeroplane themed furnishings about the place and the location right on the lake. It was cool watching the seaplanes come and go while having breakfast on the deck, although it was a bit chilly! Bill went out and got me some gluten...

My husband and I stayed here 3 nights on the end of our 8 day adventure in Alaska. It was easy to find, was the cleanest place I've ever stayed, and had a great atmosphere. Breakfast was self serve and was all you needed -- grab it the night before and store in your own fridge in your room or...
