I made a reservation here because, essentially, it was the only place with open rooms. I would definitely call this place a dump. I suspect the place was built or remodeled in the 60's, and I'm fairly certain nothing has been updated since then.

Clean, bed was ok, staff was good. Had a microwave & small fridge but could have used a coffee maker. Our room was quite noisy at night. We were on the 7th floor but still heard a lot of street noise. Completely unable to leave...More

Thank you for your review. It sounds like overall your stay with us was neither excellent or poor, I'm sorry that we weren't able to exceed your expectations as that is our goal with every guest. There are coffee pots in every room (in...More
The room was fine, clean, quiet and parking in front of the hotel is available. WiFi access very good.
Rather old hotel, old and worn interior, showering in the morning was a cold esperience as warm water was scarce, besides needing to step on a...More
We used a coupon from the Alaska TourSaver, so I guess we got a good deal, however we did not enjoy the two nights we stayed there. The room was on the second floor out to the back right above the outlet of the kitchen....More
Rooms are very spacious with a huge bed, table, microwave, fridge and sink. Views across to the mountains. Free wifi. It is noisy from outside with traffic and inside the walls are thin. The bathroom is small, an unusual shape and could do with refurbishment....More

WE left on our cruise from Seward which is about 2 1/2 to 3 hours by car or 4 hours in the train. If travelling by train to your port ,you wont need a taxi as Inlet Towers provide a shuttle bus to the railway station. Might I add that the train trip down to Seward was one of the most spectacular train trips we have every done, Highly recommended.

For the shuttle, once you have arrived at the airport and retrieved your luggage, you will need to notify the front desk at the hotel by calling 907-276-0110. If you do not have a phone, the desk agents at the airport are there to help you. The front desk agent at the hotel will direct you to a baggage claim door, have you exit outside, and cross over a few lanes to the taxi cab island. You will need to stand directly across from the door you designated while on the phone. The shuttle is a white van with red lettering, and reads PubHouse across the windows of the van.
As for booking a room with a view, one side of the hotel faces the mountain range, and the other the inlet, so you really can't go wrong either way. However, rooms are not typically assigned prior to a guests arrival, and therefore the room you get just depends on the hotels occupancy and your time of arrival. But when you are checking in, you may always request a high room facing which ever direction you prefer, and our desk agents are very good at accommodating requests the best they can.
