Have stayed here on several previous occasions and the site is still making improvements. The young couple who run it are very helpful, and speak several languages, and you can order bread for the morning. The Wifi is included in the (low) cost of the site, and extra 24 hour tickets can be purchased for only a euro each. All... More

We have been visiting this campsite for a few days at the end of our trips to France for over 30 years. It was originally a municipal site but was bought out a few years ago by a private concern. They have made a few changes - there are cabins available to rent and there is no longer a games/... More

Stayed for 3 nights last week in one of their new "Mobile Home - Prestige Cottages". They are really excellent, and we recommend them. Ours had two bedrooms, each ensuite, with a central kitchen/dining area and outside patio. They are well equipped, but note if you are a breakfast toast lover, there isn't a toaster, but it's a great chance... More

We stayed here for two nights on a pitch in our campervan in April. The location was brilliant, right next to the town centre where you can see the notorious paratrooper still hanging from the side of the church. The Airbourne museum is minutes from the campsite also. Although we came at the wrong time - the town was incredibly... More

Stayed here twice. Once going to Spain and again on the return. It was horrible and rainy on the out but lovely and sunny on the return; as ever so much better when the sun shines. A nicely laid out site with good sized pitches. Good for campervans. Staff really nice and helpful with good english. Toilets with paper but... More

Really nice site right next to the historic D-Day town famous for the US paratrooper action there in June 1944. The site has places for campervans, cottages for hire and even makes its own excellent craft beer you can buy from the office with its friendly, helpful management.

Have stayed here four times now, and it just gets better. My brothers and I have been visiting all the WW2 sites around Normandy over the past few year's, and this site seemed a convenient location to several. The new management have tidied up the facilities and added a small shop and WiFi (free last time we were there). The... More

We stopped here for 1 night on a cycling tour of the Battle of Normandy area. Follow the huge CAMPING sign painted on the roof of a barn, it's visible throughout the village! The man on reception spoke good English and was most helpful and welcoming. Level, marked pitches and spotless washrooms make for a peaceful and pleasant stay. I... More

Nice little campsite in a quaint little town, some good bars and places to eat. Washroom facilities were good and clean and overall would recommend and would revisit. Short walk (10 mins) into the town which holds a lot of history, mainly to do with D-Day landings during Second World War. Interesting museum and church.
