We stayed in the Chambered Nautilus in Seattle and found it to be a lovely little home away from home. The room was beautifully appointed and well decorated. We loved the fireplace and the renovated bathroom. The entire house was very clean and private. We had a room with its own bathroom and a little window seat next to a...

We checked in one Saturday afternoon and explored Udistrict. Lots of great restaurants in the area. We chose this place because it was our anniversary weekend but due to work had to stay close to home. We had an in room bathroom. Nice soaps. We brought up board games, cookies, and water from the living room and enjoyed a relaxing...

The Chambered Nautilus is a first rate B and B. My husband and I traveled there and chose to use the local transportation instead of renting a car. The university of Washington is within walking distance of the B and B. Also, there is a shopping/ Starbucks within walking distance also The weather was beautiful and the walks were nice....

The Greenlake Suite #3 is spacious with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and it's pet friendly! Breakfast this morning was delicious and generous. Fun conversations at the table with the other guests. We are enjoying our stay thoroughly!

I found this B&B on line, I immediately liked their website, especially their helpful "things to do around Seattle" section, given that we have not really been to Seattle before. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was Wonderful! Our breakfast was Excellent! My fiance' is a very good cook, and she was also very impressed with...

We stayed in the Greenlake Suite. It was perfect for us. Having a living room and kitchen made it very comfortable for my daughter and friends to visit with us. We stayed there three nights and the breakfast was fabulous each day. The location is great for walking to the University. I would definitely recommend it.

The Chambered Nautilus was our home away from home for three days. Dana and the staff were most accommodating and helpful. We started each day with a delicious breakfast and it felt like coming home at the end of each busy day. We enjoyed the fireplace in the main room and then snuggled into our comfortable room. We will definitely...

This review is long overdue. We stayed here in June 2014 when we traveled to Seattle to meet our new grandson. We were originally looking at hotels, since we knew that we would be spending more time out of the room then in the room. But thank goodness for TripAdvisor, because that's how I came across Chambered Nautilus. It was...

I had to make reservations for a last-minute work trip to Seattle, and wanted to be close enough to walk easily to the University. Wow! Did I ever score finding the Chambered Nautilus! I think it might be the very best B&B I have ever stayed in, including those in the UK. I had to switch rooms every night, since...

We circled the block twice before finding our way to this secluded cluster of buildings, perched on a steep Seattle hillside. I will admit our first impression of the place was decidedly neutral. The exterior gives the impression of an older well-maintained property, but nothing special. It felt as if we had accidently wandered into the backyards of two or...

“We had the Scallop Chamber room, which is on the top floor. It was quiet, clean and very comfortable. Only one window faces east, so the sun did not wake us up in the morning :-) There are stairs to climb, but that was no problem for us at all.”
