We chose the lower priced roooms so our review will reflect this. Plain rooms with little personality but location excellent within walking distance of nice barsand restaurants. Low ceiling and small bathrooms, but large foyer and sitting rooms. Quite place and good night sleep. Friendly unobtrusive staff. Hopefully the next level of roooms were larger. Safe parking for our rental.

We were looking for a pet friendly place to stay on a two-day turn around visit to Seattle with some friends from California. The pictures and descriptions on the website were inviting and, when we called, the owner was friendly and helpful - or so we thought. When we arrived, the rooms were not exactly as depicted on the website...

We spent 3 nights at The Bed & Breakfast Inn in early June. Shannon, the proprietor, and her assistant, Saliema, were friendly and helpful with suggestions for getting around town on foot and public transit. The B&B is in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood in the Capitol Hill area. We were able to walk to the downtown area, Pikes Market,...

The Bed & Breakfast Inn was one of the highlights of my stay in the US. The staff were incredibly obliging, polite and friendly. Moreover, the guests in the B and B were great, which is not always the case in B and Bs. I had one of the smaller rooms as I was staying by myself, but the bed...

Clean and comfortable. Small room, though. We missed lamps for reading by the bed and a bed table. Beautiful view from our shared balcony. Great breakfasts and nice kitchen with space in the fridge for your own cooking. Very nice location in quiet residential area close to restaurants and shops down by Broadway, Pike and Pine where the action is....

I always like to begin with the positives; the staff was friendly, the residents(!) were nice, the breakfast was yummy, and our room was clean. However, our room was uncomfortably tiny. The queen bed literally took up the entire room! My husband keeps referring to it as "the jail". Our room was also off the kitchen - literally two steps...

We are very sorry to hear that this guest's Wedding Anniversary weekend was not up to what he was expecting. We had several more spacious upper floor rooms available during their midweek stay and would have gladly moved them if they had just let us know they were not happy. The very reasonable rate was likely too tempting to pass...

My daughter and I stayed here while checking out Seattle colleges and universities. It is walking distance to Seattle U and easily accessible by transit to many tourist destinations. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood, the room was clean and comfortable and staff were warm and welcoming.

The good: Clean Quiet Nice employee (but ineffective) The bad: It's cold! In order to save money, I imagine, the heat is only run at certain times of the day. The employee who watches the property does not have access and was unable to reach the owner to actually turn on the heat with the recent snow! For breakfast we...

I'd like to respond to this reviewer's comments about the service and accommodations at our home. Firstly, the reservation was made for two guests in a room with one queen size bed and one twin. When the party arrived they had three people in their group but were very non-committal about whether the third person was actually going to stay...

We are from out of town and my fiance and I were visiting Seattle area (over labor day weekend) from Boston and didn't know the area very well at all. We couldn't be more pleased with our stay in the Capitol Hill area and our time @ Seattle Hill B&B. Our room was perfectly clean and while we had to...

Although we traveled from NY to bond with our two-year old granddaughter and her parents who live around the corner, we thoroughly enjoyed our down time at this cozy home away from home. When we weren't meeting family or friends, we relaxed in lounge chairs on the lovely front porch with tea or wine, and tourist information books and flyers...
