This hotel is in great location and a great value for the price. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. Staff is so friendly and even gave us a cup of tea upon arrival. The complimentary car service within a 2 mile radius is a great perk too. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Seattle.

Dear Gloria, We love to provide our guests with “mocktails” as they arrive. In this frigid unexplained weather we have been having lately I am happy to say we decided to serve up something a little warmer to you. Tea is always so lovely and relaxing. I am happy to see that you enjoyed your experience here at the Pan...

The accommodations were just great; perfect hotel for a romantic night out. Nice bar, great staff (other than one snarky person at checkout). We already booked our next stayaction night here in April.

In my opinion this is the place to stay in the city. Awesome room with a great view of the city, the balcony was very nice big with nice chairs. Room service was really good, we only stayed 1 night, wish we could have stayed longer. The bathrooms were awesome super clean and roomy.

We spent the night at the Pan Pacific since we were downtown for a concert. This was our first stay at the Pan Pacific hotel and we selected it based on the location. It's within walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shops. The entrance was hard to find. You enter through a parking lot and it's not clearly...

Flew in late from NYC on Valentines. Received VIP Service and a gorgeous room. Super comfy bed, wifi, view, champagne and strawberries, friendly staff, loaner umbrellas, ideal location above Whole Foods and Starbucks along SLU. A gem of a hotel.

While staying at this property I needing to do some work, it was a bust. My cel phone would not work because I'm a At&t costumer and they do not provide service to this area. The property was nice and the staff was great. I ended up using the phone in the room and there was no charge for the...

Room was amazing. Great view of the Space Needle. Very friendly staff. Good price for how nice the room was. It is a little bit of a walk to Pike's Place but there is a car to take you anywhere you need to go downtown if you're not into walking.
