We didn't know it was Coffee Convention weekend. I couldn't understand why there were hardly any rooms and they were all going for 3x the normal rate. Thank goodness we found this room at Silver Cloud, by both Safeco and Century Link fields. We had a king size room. When most rooms downtown were going for $450 MINIMUM per night,...

Perfect location to attend games at Safeco Field, especially when you need to be there early to get a bobblehead - just walk across the street. All hotel staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. My room was attractive and immaculate, and had microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. Bathroom had an abundance of toiletries and towels, as well...

The location cannot be beat. It is across the street from the gate to Safeco Field. Can't get any closer. The hotel is clean and well maintained. I never heard the train - guess I was sleeping comfortably on the 7th floor after busy days in Seattle. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service is...

First stay at the hotel. Perfect location across the street from the Safeco and Century Link fields. We got an end of corner suite with perfect views of the stadium, the sound, and the downtown Space Needle corner. Beautiful views at all time of day, but the night views are just spectacular. The room is very clean, very spacious with...

First class in every way except when there's a Mariners night home game at Safeco Field across the street. Then be prepared for NOISE if you're on that side. Room is excellent, 55" TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker with Seattle's Best coffee. Breakfast rather pricey, but all in all a great hotel

We had spoke to someone on the phone after making our reservation about a month ago to ask if we would be able to keep our car parked at the hotel after we checked out because we were going to an afternoon baseball game & then driving home. We were told that we would be able to keep our car...

I am sorry to hear that we were less than stellar with our response to your request. We take customer care very seriously. I will use this as an opportunity to re-train our team in hopes that no one else is made to feel like this at our hotel. It is never okay to make someone feel this way and...

I really dont want to tell anyone about this wonderful place but can not say enough great things. Just got back from a 5 star resort in AZ and this exceeds everything and more we could have asked for. The room was so clean the service was great and Jimmys was better than we could have wanted. For a place...

Wow, if you're making a day out of a Mariners game, or a night out on the town near the stadiums, this is your place! Great views of Safeco field, short walk to both stadiums, close to great restaurants for a fabulous dinner, or even to the waterfront or Pioneer Square. This is a very nice hotel with great accommodations....

Rooms are perfect, pool area exceptional, staff from the valet service and front desk to servers at Jimmy's are unbelievably friendly and helpful. Though I was not interested in the Sounders game happening during my stay, all the activity in the neighborhood made for a festive atmosphere. Proximity to the waterfront was a priority for me, and though I chose...

The room was just ok. Beds were comfortable. Didn't like the location. Picture on website is deceiving. Too expensive and you pay for valet parking because if you park on the street you may get a ticket. Front counter staff was very friendly and professional. I just didn't agree with the 30% amenity charge added to my balance and held...

Thank you for your comments about your stay with us and specifically the parking and valet charges. We have valet parking on site where our guests' vehicles are secured, monitored and allowed 24/7 access to them for one of the lowest parking fees in Seattle. Unfortunately, the City of Seattle charges 22% tax on all parking. We provide a FREE...
