Great location, just a short walk from many of the sights and restaurants on your list. Very comfortable junior suite, decorated in a 50s swank style. Hospitality staff are very warm and friendly. Would recommend, and will definitely return.

We walked from the end of the line of the light rail to the Hotel, about 10 blocks (level). Light rail was very cheap and very nice. If you have luggage you might take a cab from the down town terminal.

Yes, Belltown is safe. But, like any city stay aware of your surroundings at night. The hotel is a walk from the sights, though if you're worried about walking back alone at night.
