We felt welcomed and comfortable during our two night stay. The house is beautiful, breakfast is fantastic, and our room was comfortable anticipating every need. There were also unexpected touches like the freshly baked cookies and boxed breakfast for the pre-dawn trip to the airport. Kathryn and Mike R.

The Greenlake Guest House is everything and more that you could ask for in a B & B. It is a Craftsman style house situated on Green Lake ( which is perfect for runners or walkers). From the minute you open the door you feel at home. Julie and Blayne are attentive and engaged with each of their guests. They...

We stayed two nights at the Guesthouse this time and loved every minute of it. The food was wonderful, the house is beautiful and comfortable, but Blaine and Julie are the best part. They are wonderful hosts who work very hard to make sure that your stay is the best it can be.

We really enjoyed being there. Reception and attention all along the time we were there were friendly, attentive, and reliable. Julie and Blayne are marvelous hosts. We enjoyed so much wine and cheeses moments together with other guests. Rooms are full of light and very clean. Bathroom was with natural light which is bringing a real enjoyable atmosphere. Blayne and Julie are very attentive to each of their guests. Their wonderful house is cozy as well as airy. Breakfasts are superb! They've thought of everything. We'll be back---I almost hesitate to tell everyone about them, knowing that it will be harder to book there once the secret is out!

We spent two pleasant nights at Greenlake Guest House in late April. We could not have been more pleased. The guestrooms in the lovely craftsman bungalow had been very thoughtfully renovated to include just about everything a guest might want, from robes and flat-screen TV (and a huge DVD collection) to heated floors and a spa tub in the bathroom....

Greenlake Guest House is my B&B of choice when visiting Seattle. The owners/hosts offer friendly and professional service, immaculate and attractively furnished rooms/baths, and gourmet breakfasts featuring the freshest of fruits and other ingredients. Guests can read or play piano in sunny parlor overlooking Green Lake or play a more active role in the Lake scene, swimming in summer or...

My partner and I were so pleased with this Bed and Breakfast located directtly across from Green Lake in Seattle. The things that stood out the most to us were how kind the owners were and how impecably clean and organized it was there. That type of attention to detail takes talent. The breakfasts were delicious and restaurant-quality, not to...

We truly had a wonderful time at the Greenlake Guest House in Seattle. The location is perfect! Close to nearby dining and shops and, of course, the picturesque park right across the street. The innkeepers were attentive and charming and we enjoyed morning conversations with them over scrumptious breakfasts. The room was very quaint and had all the comforts of...
