We nearly always stay in bed and breakfasts and this was one of the bestwe have ever encountered! Lovely rooms, spotless, and delicious and healthy breakfasts! Hosts are thoughtful and friendly! Even added a full length mirror for us as we were dressing for a wedding.

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights at the Greenlake Guest House as we visited our son and daughter-in-law who live nearby. The Green Lake area of Seattle is a dynamic neighboorhood with much to offer and the Guest House is right in the middle of it. We appreciated access to the 2.8 mile walking trail around Green Lake...

The Greenlake Guest House was an excellent choice. The owners of Greenlake Guest House were lovely people. Each breakfast was a "gourmet" breakfast... delicious and the presentation was lovely. The location of Greenlake Guest House was perfect.

My husband and I stayed three nights for our Anniversary weekend and loved our stay. Julie and Blayne were gracious and welcoming hosts in their lovely home with leaded glass windows and craftsman details. Cookies, coffee and tea were always on hand in the common living room, and bottled water and sodas were available in the upstairs guest refrigerator. We...

The room was very clean and comfortable and...

My three sisters and I recently spent several nights at the Green Lake Guest House. Before our visit, I had advised innkeeper, Julie that my twin sister and I would be celebrating our 60th birthday while staying at the B&B. On our birthday, Julie placed lighted b-day candles on our breakfast entrees, had personalized cards for each of us, and...

This B&B is located a short driving distance outside of downtown Seattle just across from Green Lake, which is a really pleasant lake surrounded by a park. There are a number of nice restaurants and cafes within walking distance of the B&B. We stayed there for three nights, and had a great time. Our room was clean and comfortable and...

My spouse and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Green Lake Guest House. All aspects; including lakeside location, access to public transportation, room accommodations, breakfast and other amenities, as well as the innkeepers (owners Julie and Blayne) were first rate and made for a very pleasant visit to Seattle.
