Recently stayed at this Residence Inn at the end of April. I booked a 2 bedroom suite with two bathrooms. The room was fantastic and very clean. It even included a small balcony and small kitchen area including a dishwasher. The hot free breakfast was also a nice benefit and provided a great start to our day. The hotel is...

We stayed there recently on a trip to Seattle. The atrium and common areas were updated, looked much brighter. The rooms were clean and well stocked, everything worked. The breakfast was good, something for everyone. The pool was great, heated and clean. Watch out on the poolside tiled surround, its slippery, but manageable. People that work there again went out...

This hotel is walking distance to Lake Union, there are three restaurants across the street, and a short drive to many other key spots in Seattle. Easy to access from the freeway but, you have to pay $25 a day for parking. Rooms are large with balconies. The hotel serves great daily breakfast and some nights a light dinner which...

nice hotel with good rates. All suite rooms with balconies. friendly and helpful staff. Good for families. The rooms have a nice kitchen, big fridge. One should go for a lake view room. Location is very convenient for all the offices/attractions.

Stayed here with our almost two-year old. What makes this a great location for a family with small children: spacious rooms. We even got a small rubber penguin in our crib, which meant she had something to play with for bath time. The breakfast buffet is extraordinary because of the wide array of choices. The pool has a 3' deep...

An older out-of-date Residence Inn that resembles an old Embassy Suites. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was roomy, but VERY outdated. The furniture was thread bare, worn out. Cleaning was just average. Called for an extra pillow (for pull out couch, none provided) and was told they didn't have any extra pillows. Parking fee was expensive. Front desk...

I stayed here recently for 2 nights while on business. I had a 1-room suite which includes a small kitchen, ample living room, large bedroom, and a separate bathroom. The room also had a small balcony outside of the living room. The hotel is located just across the street from Lake Union and a number of quality restaurants. Self-serve buffet...

We stayed here for one night during a week long trip to Washington and Orgeon. The hotel was beautiful, the staff was polite and helpful, and the room blew away all expectations. The location: This hotel is not located downtown, but we were still able to walk to the Space Needle. From there, we were able to jump on the...

I had the opportunity to stay at this location for the first time over Easter weekend. The lobby has been updated and they just added a bar. The areas provided for breakfast are nice--although I really think they have overdone the use of televisions. They could have spent the money they did on the multitude of televisions(one located everywhere you...

Dear Guest, Thank you for staying with us. I am glad that you enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the beautiful view from your balcony. I am very sorry to hear the furniture in your room was below expectations. Thank you for bringing that to the attention of our front desk, so that we could get those items addressed. Thanks again...

We have stayed at this property MANY times and have enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately I was trying to make reservations for an upcoming trip. Online I did not see in the photos for their 2 bedroom suite that had a full kitchen. I called on line reservations and spoke to an agent that was VERY nice and even called the...

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you so much for your loyalty to our hotel. I am very sorry to hear about the confusion and trouble you recently experienced trying to make a reservation. All of our rooms have two burner cook tops, except a few that have a full oven and four burner stove. Only five of our two bedroom suites...
