Other than being a little too expensive for me to always stay here when in Seattle it's one of the best Hyatts I have stayed in . Rooms are solid and very quiet , customer service is tops and "Grand Club" is about the best I've seen . Location is perfect ( walk a couple blocks to Pikes Place). If...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

While my wife and I didn't have nearly as much time to spend at the hotel as we would have liked, we really enjoyed our short 1-night stay at the Grand Hyatt. We live relatively nearby, but were downtown for my company's annual Holiday Party (held the first weekend of each year). I had previously spent a good portion of...

Stayed there on 4/28. Old, large convention hotel that was grand when it opened, probably 40 years ago. Room design dated, lighting poor, single sinks, no room for luggage for two people. In short, a luxury hotel without the luxury. Staff pleasant, good location, restaurant for breakfast decent food, indifferent service. The Pritzer family that owns HYATT should up their...

We booked a concierge level room. Had a view of Puget sound. Beautiful bathroom. Mattress needed to be replaced in room 2917. Easily took the light rail from the airport to westlake. Walked one block to the hotel. Would stay here again if in downtown Seattle.

Stayed at this venue before, however I was very impressed with my recent experience. We stayed here for my daughter's Sakura-Con convention. The ease of check in was good and their willingness to accommodate my early check in and late check out was extremely helpful. Valet parking is pricey at $55 night, we chose the more convenient option of self...

HVAC sewage like odor in room 1503 during our 4 day stay, especially when the heat was turned up. Made my wife noxious. Very little, of any hot water, or even warm, from the hot side of the bathroom sink. Coffee maker and $10 per day microwave did not function properly. Expensive room, but of course being in the city,...

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. Was close by and was decently priced. I would stay there again next year. The staff were helpful and even brought us some non feather down pillows. I had a great time.

Plenty of positives - great location (downtown, very close to major attractions), friendly staff, prompt service, spacious room et al. An addition - coffee shop or restaurant for breakfast - would be nice though....

Spent 1 night and enjoyed myself. The room was clean and well taken care of. It's a great mid-high range hotel in seattle. Close to the attractions, lots of shopping and restaurants within walking location. Next time I'll take advantage of the Spa services.
