The best part of the hotel was the location, it was an easy walk to and from the King Street Amtrak station, Safeco Field and the waterfront. We had a corner suite on the 9th floor and the views of the water and city were gorgeous, The bed in the main bedroom was large and comfortable and the WiFi in...

Thank you for your review! I am happy to hear you enjoyed the hotel and the location. I have forwarded your comments regarding the sofabed linens and the television to the appropriate department managers. I apologize those issues were not taken care of immediately. Regards, David

Stayed just one night in this hotel on our return to UK from Canada. Chose due to clossness to Beneath the streets tour (recommend tour) & station for the link train to/from airport. Lovely large room. Nice reception, good breakfast. On site Bistro is desperate for upgrade. Bistro too bright & overlooked by the public on street.

I stayed overnight with my parents while en route from Canada to Houston via Amtrak. Our train left at 9:35 in the morning, so I wanted a place to stay where we could have breakfast and still be close to the station. The Pioneer Square Marriott filled the bill admirably. The room was large and comfortable with two queen beds...

This is a very nice hotel. It has very comfortable beds, great views of the city, pool, bar, bistro, and great location. Just 5 blocks to the Century Link Field to see the Seahawks play. Found 4 great Irish Pubs around the blocks near the hotel. Found a fun underground tour to go on. Also, just 5 blocks from the...

Our two-night stay was very comfortable; we had an early check-in and were still able to get a water view on the 9th floor. It's walking distance from the King Street bus/train station, Pike Place, the Convention Centre, and the monorail for trips to the EMP Museum, as well as lots of great restaurants and coffee shops. All the staff...

Stayed here while in Seattle. Hotel is very nice and staff is great. Only criticism is that it is an old building and the windows are leaky and it can be noisy from the street. This was only bad during rush hour and if fire trucks went by. Would not keep ne from staying there again.

Thank you for your review. I am happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. When the hotel was refurbished, we were prohibited from changing the windows due to the historic nature of the building. We do have a new section of the building in the back that does have modern windows that seal more tightly and mitigate more of the...

Nothing spectacular about this hotel. It is a typical courtyard. Great location to walk the downtown area. No complimentary breakfast, but the "Bistro" is open next door and there is a Starbucks across the street. The valet parking is quite pricey here at 48.00 a day. Excellent staff service.

Thank you for your review, we are always interested in our guest's experience. I am happy our location worked out for you. Currently, complimentary breakfast is not a brand standard for Courtyard, however our brand team is always evalutating our product and services. Being an historic building we do not have any on property parking and in turn must lease...

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights before getting on our cruise to Alaska. The hotel was clean, great location, excellent staff and it had a nice restaurant in the hotel. The food was very good. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a place in downtown Seattle.

Stayed at this location before leaving on our cruise. The hotel is located in the historical part of Seattle. Be prepared to either walk up and down some very steep hilly streets or Uber or taxi to site seeing locations, i.e. Pikes Public Market, Seattle Aquarium, CenturyLink Field. The lobby of this hotel is very simple and plain. It does...

My husband and I just spent two nights at the Courtyard Seattle Downtown and had such a great time there. The location was perfect (downtown). The staff was very professional and smiling.
