We stayed with some friends that were heading out on a cruise the next day. We parked on the street Friday night until 8am Saturday for free. Then we had to buy parking for two more hours. Much cheaper option than the hotel valet parking. Friday night we walked to fados Irish pub for dinner and drinks. The next morning...

We expected an average, bland downtown hotel experience. We reserved a suite since we had an adult child with us and from the time we opened the door there were smiles on our face. The layout was good. One bathroom but two doors so there could be easy access and privacy. Very clean. Even had a view. Folks at the...

The Marriott Courtyard - Pioneer Sq in Seattle is a very nice hotel in its own right. Its clean, comfortable, and staff is very attentive. I guess I should have known better staying in a city hotel. My chief complaints are that I should have known better. While our room was on the 8th floor, the traffic noise was horrendous...

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your stay. We are always interested in our guest's feedback. I sincerely apologize for the noise issues you encountered during your stay. Being an historic building we were limited in replacing the windows during restoration and our rooms facing the street tend to get more of the city noise. We do...

We chose this hotel for the location, which was great! Our room was a typical Courtyard. The beds were great, lots of pillows and clean. The rates are high, but I guess that is Seattle. One block to light link to the airport, another reason for choosing this property. The view from our room was scary and stinky, the window...

We enjoyed staying here. The staff was extremely friendly, and we found the location to be very convenient to downtown attractions. Light Rail station (one block away) gives easy access to Sea Tac airport. The breakfast options were great, and we were impressed with the service on all counts during our stay.

Stayed for three nights.... Decent location, on the border between the business district and pioneer square... Room was clean and comfortable, it was very hot while we were there but the AC kept up... Coffee maker, fridge, spotty free wifi.... About a 10-15 minute walk pikes place, 5 to pioneer square, 30 to the needle... Easy access to uber as...

Thank you for your review of your recent stay with us. Although I’m glad you enjoyed a majority of your stay, I’m sorry about the outside street noise. We would be more than happy to provide a higher floor room the next time you stay with us, which I hope will you will. Laura Schles Front Office Manager

If you want a quiet night, go somewhere else. This is an old building, the windows do not close properly and you can hear street noise all night. Also a lot of noise inside the hotel (other guests in the hallway). Beds are fine, so is the shower. Pool and fitness overcrowded with locals who probably pay the hotel to...

Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay with us. I’m sorry that you did not enjoy your visit, due to the street noise. Since we are located in a downtown historic building, we cannot alter the windows, which unfortunately make it difficult to reduce the level of noise. And our pool and fitness center is reserved for guests only;...

I just recently stayed at this hotel this past weekend (August 1st-3rd) and quite honestly wasn't impressed with it. Being a higher end hotel I expected a bit more, and the staff to be more friendly. There was a big issue. I had recieved a gift certificate for a free 2 night stay. It was mentioned at the time of the...

I'm currently staying at this hotel.....paid what I consider a premium price to stay at a Courtyard. (350+ a night). Room is ok about what you would expect, as a Platinum member I was greeted nicely and received a room that overlooked a well used pigeon topped roof. First day I left at 11 to meet meeting and returned at...

Thank you for your review, however I would like more information regarding you looking for rates at our hotel. The rates fluctuate based on dates, length of stay, and availability so that could have been why you received different answers. We are a unique Courtyard due to the fact that we are located in the Alaskan Building which was built...
