We parked our car early in the day, and got going with our City Pass Seattle itinerary. The hotel was darling, and appealed to our 8-year old twins. Cupcakes and the pool scored big points with our kids, and the free shuttle and location, location, location scored points with us. It was lovely. We will be back for sure!

We traveled with an elderly parent who had difficulty walking. The staff at The Maxwell offered us the use of a wheelchair they had on hand at no cost for the entire length of our stay. They were very kind and patient and attentive to our needs. The location is ideal. It is just blocks away from the Space Needle...

Me and my son Matt were visiting Seattle and I personally had high expectations of this place, but it left me a little short. Check in was fine and our room was nice. I asked for a top floor view room, but got a second floor brick wall view. First evening I heard Mussolini pacing back and forth above, and...

Let me start off by saying if you drive and SUV or truck I would plan on parking off site. There are only a few spots that are capable of fitting large vehicles and the full up quickly and they are small even for oversized vehicles. I am honestly surprised I left without any door dings, my truck touched the...

The staff was so helpful. This hotel was comfortable and convenient. The little touches they added made the stay wonderful. They have a complimentary shuttle to help you get to various attractions, cupcakes and coffee in the lobby, as well as a little coffee stand if you want something fancier.

We stayed for one night when attending a concert at the Key Arena. The location was perfect-- pretty much across the street! The shuttle was great to get us around the city. The room was clean, cute and all we needed. Staff was friendly and we would absolutely stay there again -- in a heartbeat!

This hotel is one of our favorite hotels in the US. We are first time visitors (March 2017) and fell in love with the place. They've thought of everything from robes, to slippers you can keep, free popcorn, free water, free coffee and tea, rental bikes, umbrellas (it rains a lot in Seattle), and even a humanitarian outreach by putting...

The location can't be beat. Within walking distance of the Seattle Center, Pike Place Market, Queen Anne, and good restaurants. On a rainy day, the complementary shuttle can take you to the main attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful. The lobby decor is kitschy but colorful and fun. The rooms are a good size and clean. I love that...

Great Hotel, very kitschy and cute. staff was friendly and helpful. Only downside was that the shuttle does not go far and has to be scheduled ahead of time. Other than that the hotel was nice. Small gym facilities but close to the needle and Chihuly gardens.

Dear linariad, First we would like to extend our apologies in regards to the limited shuttle stops (Pike Place Market, Pioneer Square, Seattle Center, Seattle Waterfront, Woodland Park Zoo and Westlake Center) and we do hope that this won’t keep you from trying us out once more. Our team at TMH takes pride in making sure you are greeted with...

Checked in for three nights in March as part of a birthday trip and was extremely happy with my stay. After my sister tried to purchase a bottle of champagne from the hotel directly as a surprise for my birthday, the hotel unable to accommodate her recommended a nearby place to purchase and a member of the hotel staff arranged...
