I visited Seattle with a couple of girlfriends this fall and we stayed at the Maxwell. We had a great time, and enjoyed the Maxwell very much. The rooms are updated and adorable. Free coffee in the lobby and cupcakes at "Happy Hour" were a welcome treat. Whenever we needed anything, it was quickly brought to us. The room was...

At first I thought it was more of a business hotel trying to be funky. But then I feel in love with the area, 1 block from seattle center and all the fantastic museums, the needle, the best bars and restaurants etc. Loved the free rides in the funky pineapple bus, the free funky yellow bikes, the decor. The staff...

We had two rooms to accommodate our family group and even though this added to our cost, we didn't regret our choice. Good location, close to Seattle Centre and lots of restaurants close by. Facilities are older (property is probably 30 years old) but they have done a great job in rejuvenating the hotel. Very funky decor, and quirky features...

We love the convenient location within a block of Seattle Center and some great restaurants. We have used the Maxwell as our "home away from home" when traveling to attend Seattle for plays at Seattle Rep. The rooms are comfortable and well designed and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Maxwell Hotel. The hotel is just outside of the major tourist area so it is calm and peaceful, but it is within a 7 minute walk from the Space Needle and everything else that you may want to see in that area. We use Car2Go so we have wheels to get around without having to rent...

Unfortunately, providing soap, shampoo and lotion that has the heavy sent of Pineapple needs to change. It's a cheap frangrance that I and many other dislike. I would strongly recommend providing products that are not overpowering with a scent

Comfortable, unique, special touches, and convenient. Cupcakes in the lobby, fireside seating, and cozy comforters in the room. Great lighting in the room in all the right places. Safes too. Free wifi, coffee, water . . . Thought of all the details.

It really is the small things that make this place inviting. Popcorn in the rooms, cupcakes in the lobby, free bikes to use and a shuttle to pikes market. The staff has been great. The rooms are quiet and always clean. When we have had an issue, they always try to make it right, even when we don't ask for...

We had a group of approx. 20 people, all staying at the Maxwell Hotel, and to a person, we all loved it! The staff was genuinely personable and helpful, the room and lobby décor was cool and the beds were terrific! We especially loved the location as we did not rent cars, so we appreciated being within walking distance of...

My mom and I visited Seattle in July and stayed here at the recommendation of a friend. We didn't care to be in a busy part of the city but still wanted to be close to everything and this did it. We were able to walk to the Seattle center and because we like walking, we also walked to the...
