Sue was a great host who reminds you of a time long ago....when you trusted people! I never met her, but through text, phone, and a couple notes, I ended up staying there a pleasant 3 nights. Everything is clean, wonderfully decorated, and quiet. And I had parking...which is a commodity in this town! Don't plan on watching TV, just a...

Great location and great value. I stayed one weekend and never met the owner -- we communicated only by phone, email and by notes in the house. The house was clean, quiet and ornate (see photos) and everything in the house worked. Breakfast consisted of oatmeal, grapefruit, hard boiled eggs, coffee cake and coffee. Highly recommended.

Dibble House, in the residential neighborhood near the Ballard district, provides fully acceptable accommodations in an older residence, furnished in Victorian style. Sue gives guests the run of the parlor and dining room and access to the kitchen, making a stay of several days very pleasant. Our room, a queen room on the main level, was comfortable. The bathroom is...

We stayed two nights at this neighborhood B&B. Non whole house rental lodging is non-exsistent in Ballard. Dibble House is your one choice. Go for it! Everything was clean, our second floor room was spacious (with a view of downtown) and the shared areas were nice. This is a normal sized home, that is decorated in feminine flowers and antiques...

This is a hidden gem in Seattle. One block to public transportation where you can catch the bus to downtown Seattle. Home cooked breakfast daily including fresh, homemade pastries, homemade parfait, fresh fruit, and coffee. Owner is willing to change breakfast as needed but i loved the pastries and coffee at my door every morning. I definitely recommend and would...

I recently stayed at the Dibble House Bed & Breakfast for six nights. The American Craftsman style house which is located in an older neighborhood of Seattle’s Ballard district, was built in 1919, and was decorated with a multitude of antique furniture and period collectibles. Sue Gregor, the proprietor, has operated this business for over 20 years, and could not...

“There is essentially no traffic noise so from that standpoint any room is fine. We had the queen room on the main floor, thus no stairs to climb except for the 6 or 8 up to the porch.”
