I didn't expect much from this hotel but a place to sleep and shower, and that's what I got. Thankful for the previous reviews, because they were spot on. This hotel is OLD SCHOOL! In fact, they don't even have a computerized reservation system. It appears that the owner lives on site, in a room off the tiny lobby. Although...

The Marco Polo is an old motel that has been taken very good care of. Our room was nice, freshly painted, new looking carpet, quiet air conditioner. The windows are double pane so there is no street noise. Nothing fancy... but nice! Good location at a good price

A nice place with a reasonable location that will get to/from to the city centre by car pretty easily. It's a bit dated but is very functional, rooms are a good size and well equipped. Within walking distance of good bars and restaurants.

Small motel right on 99 north (con for noise). Don't expect bells & whistles this is a basic place -soap, frig, microwave & TV. Office folks seemed a bit rude on the phone, but very nice in person & helped us by working out a 2nd night stay. Great for our family (5 of us) budget. Close to everything. We...

3 days to recover from jet lag. Marco Polo was basic but suited out needs. Easy public transport into downtown Seattle and a good selection of restaurants walking distance from motel. Staff helpful. Coffee/tea and muffin available for breakfast at reception.

Good location, very clean. Comfortable room, #226. We had a nice breeze and view. Never had to turn on the AC unit, windows open. Gentleman at front desk was very pleasant. Stayed on a Wednesday night, area/neighborhood was very quiet. Could only hear the traffic from busy Aurora Ave. Check in and out was easy. We will stay here again...

I stayed here for 2 nights as a solo female traveller. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering advice on places to visit, restaurants to eat etc. The rooms were clean and comfortable, if a bit dated. I felt completely safe here, which was important to me travelling alone. I would recommend to others.

For those who are on a tight budget and just need a room to sleep and shower the Marco Polo Motel is one option we took. The room was clean, there was enough hot water, TV worked and had HBO. The towels were small and they reminded me of the towels they handed out in High School Gym but they...

Has free parking and free wifi. The rooms are adequate considering the price. Decent value for budget traveler. The road its on (Aurora) only has access to the hotel going northbound and does not have cross street access so you want to come from the south

We ended up with one extra night in Seattle and had a rented car so free parking was a must. This is in the Fremont neighborhood and half the price of the other place we stayed in Capitol Hill. The room was spacious and spotless, with a a view of downtown but nothing else so we could leave the curtains...
