I was so pleased to see a very friendly staff member welcome me and my disabled mother. He had assigned a room right by the front door so my mother could get comfortably in and out. After finding out there was free parking I was even more overjoyed. The room was so big with an extra bedroom with a king...

This all suite property is really an apartment building in disguise. Each suite is a one bedroom apartment with a spacious bedroom, living room, full kitchen and eating area. There is a ton of closet space, lots of furniture and all of the basics in the kitchen. The location is in the University District which is close to many eating...

I was pleased with the large studio apartment I rented. The bedroom was separate and there was a good sized living/dining area in addition to a kitchen. The air quality was stagnant and I had a lot of sneezing and nasal congestion during my stay. Overall the facility seems to be in good shape. It was a bit of a...

Awesome room and service. The room is full amenity one bedroom apartment with two beds and kitchen. One bed in main area and one in bedroom. Very accommodating staff for all your needs. Clean retro feel. Location is great, right in the University District. Great shopping in the district and down the hill at University Village. Close to everything. Twenty...

We stayed there for the first time a few weeks ago and it was a good experience. It is very affordable which is worth a lot for this location - close to the university etc. They even provide a creepy underground garage, which is nice since street parking in Seattle is a nightmare...hard to find and a lot of 'smash...

This is a great hotel for someone needing a little extra space, a working kitchen and a fairly central location. If you are looking for glitz, glamour or modern, this is not the place. If you are looking for clean, spacious, friendly and unintentionally retro - do stay here. Plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans with a full-size fridge...

Originally built as housing for people who came to work at the World's Fair in 1962, this building looks like it was last remodeled in the early 70s. But while it is definitely on the vintage side of old school, it's actually a pretty great little motel, run by a nice young family who live there. People accustomed to high-end...

We were finishing off our vacation from Canada and this was one of the places we booked to stay during the visit to the Seattle area. The first impression when arriving I thought what have we gotten into it looked like a hotel from the early sixties. We was greeted by a person named Deb who at first seemed to...

I took a risk on this one, reserving a room for my son's wedding. My wife and I both really enjoyed our stay. As noted by others, the place is dated. It is like walking into the 1960s, but I believe that is part of the charm! Our bathroom (suite 208) was equipped with a rose colored ceramic sink and...

We often have a hard time finding a good place for our larger family to stay. We stumbled across this motel and were super surprised. Very clean, full kitchen (even an oven!), lots of pots and pans, comfortable beds. It is located about a 15 minute drive from downtown, but we found the university district a great place for restaurants....
