Check in around 7pm after a very long day - asked where I could park and was told 'park where you can park'... asked for a little help or a hint of where I could look for parking and was told 'I don't drive in...More

I am sincerely sorry for your entire experience. We are making immediate staffing changes based on your feedback. Please contact me so we may make amends. Once again I apologize.
Economical, no frills place to crash near University of Washington. It was like staying in older relative's historic house. Creeking floors. Toilet/shower down the hall. Sheets and towels clean. No TV. We were hardly in room, so we were glad to have convenient location for...More
This is the most disgusting "hotel" I've ever stayed. The only reason we are here now is that immediately after booking it was apparent that this hotel (unlike all the other times I've booked on booking.com) does not allow cancellations, even a week ahead. So...More

I am sincerely sorry for your experience. Booking.com does have a new function for non cancellable reservations with a deeper discount. However, we value our guests and if they are unhappy we will cancel their reservation and work with Booking.com. We are very unique property...More

I stay here because I am usually in town for one night from Alaska and it is close enough for me to walk to my appointments at UWMC the next day. As long as I have a bed and wifi, I am OK. It is...More

There is no parking available from the "hotel." There is a 15 minute unloading zone in front of the entrance. This is right in the University District, near the UW Hospital and on-street parking is rare and expensively metered. There are no parking lots nearby that we could find. This place is, in my mind, designed to accommodate a single, college kid who is afoot. It is not the place for an out-of-town couple to stay overnight.
