Nice chain hotel in a 10 story building. The location is not optimal without a car, although the shuttle will usually take you downtown. Typical expensive valet parking but we were fortunate to find a couple spots on the street and fed the meters. The continental breakfast is pretty good--fruit, bagels, cereal, yogurt, milk, coffee available on each floor. Of...

Well it was walking distance to everything we needed, plus it has a nice restaurant inside and the menu for it is in the elevator. The room we had came with a refrigerator microwave, table and chairs. We were able to walk to Whole Foods and buy a wholesome frozen dinner and eat it in our room. Also there is...

Room: 9th floor, "executive" suite (?). large, clean, had a sink, mini fridge and a microwave, a small living area. Amenities: pool and a hot tub, open till 12 PM. Free breakfast downstairs, but they also set out some pastries, fruit, cereal and coffee on my floor by the elevator. I'm not sure if that appies to all floors or...

This hotel is everything you would expect from the Marriott chain: clean room, pleasant staff, modern updated decor, good breakfast, etc. The only issue here is the location - - - away from the water and near the freeway and the freeway noise. But the price was significantly less than the Marriott on the water. We were very willing to...

The room was much better than expected. Breakfast was okay. Valet parking needs work. Parking not an issue. Getting the vehicle after check out was a little messy. People waiting in line and people cutting and then valet just didn't know what to do with being overwhelmed. I was charged a total of 5 times for valet for only parking...

It was a pleasure having you stay with us, Lestine -- I appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. I'm sorry we dropped the ball with your valet charges. We usually have no problem enacting accurate charges, so it's a shame that wasn't the case this time. Some charges can take longer to refund and I appreciate...

This is a nice hotel. We found it to be clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the restaurant and bar in the lobby. The service was well provided. This hotel is conveniently located adjacent to a lot of fun things to do.

The people at the front desk were very professional and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. Location is convenient; it's an easy walk to downtown. My only issue was being directly over a noisy entrance to the freeway - use the white noise machine provided and you'll be fine.

I was impressed with how well this relatively inexpensive hotel met my every need- well-priced quiet room, fast internet, microwave and small fridge, good coffee in the coffeemaker . Plenty of families here too, especially enjoying the extensive and varied breakfast . and close enough to the convention center. Comfortable bar -- (Women traveling alone can feel comfortable at the...

I've stayed at this hotel several times. It is a great location if you're going to be shopping at REI. Only a few blocks from the downtown too. A bit noisy as it is close to a freeway, but there is a white noise machine in the room which helps. Staff very helpful and a great shuttle service. Awesome buffet...

I recently stayed at the Spring Hill Suites for three nights while in Seattle for business. While I some times find corporate chains to be lacking in hospitality and supportive staff, I found the staff at Spring Hill to be very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Room service was prompt and the food was well...
